Scam irresponsible unethical company
Please do not buy anything from this company! The amount of shedding is unbelievable. The shedding is so bad that I keep coughing and sneezing every night even after a few washes. When I brush my hair in the morning I can see so much lint on my hairbrush. I requested to return the bedsheets. The customer service said the shedding is “normal” despite the fact that my whole family is sneezing and coughing from them. She suggested that I wash it a few more times and made me send pictures of the lint to her from my washing machine. But after suggesting that I wash it a few more times and sending the pictures, she then informed me that products that have been washed cannot be returned. Why didn’t she say this from the beginning? Clearly she has been tricking me into washing them and sending her evidence so that I cannot return the bedsheets.
