From the moment I contacted the Compensation Advisor team they have been nothing but polite, helpful, knowledgeable and informative throughout. I began the process following a very emotional and upsetting occurrence after taking out an ISA for my son who's childhood savings we invested and trusted in Astute Capital and an additional ISA in my name. Only for the one broker to go into administration and the broker to be holding my bonds but unable to pay out due to the investment failing. Whilst we have lost the proposed interest we should have received at the end of the investment term. Due to the hard work and expertise of the compensation advisor team we have had our initial investment amount returned (which I was told my a very competent financial advisor we would becer see again) with a little additional sum of money included. My son and I are absolutely delighted to have received the money we so rightfully deserved which would not have occurred without this amazing company. Thank you so, so much.
