I have had two wedding rings( lost the first ) from this company and a repair on the second one. I have always had a really good experience and the jewellery is top quality, the repair was a very reasonable price and my ring came back looking amazing. I would highly recommend them . Excellent customer care .

I wanted to share my sincere thanks to Compare the Diamond for helping me find the perfect engagement ring. Their help with sizing was a lifesaver and meant the surprise went off perfectly. Initially spoke to Clive as I was getting a bit overwhelmed choosing a diamond he took his time to explain everything which enabled me to choose the perfect stone for me. Any queries I had during production were quickly replied to by Louise. Compare the diamond.com are an absolute family favourite!! From my engagement ring, to my daughters, to my niece and my best friend!! In addition to these beautiful rings, we have all commissioned beautiful pieces such as rings, earrings and necklaces. Platinum and diamonds being our preferred choice (of course it is). Recently my husband commissioned the wonderful Luke and his team, to redesign my solitaire engagement ring to include an additional two diamonds either side and totally remake the band etc. From design, to production, we were kept informed step by step, the process was seamless. I had been kept informed via email from Louise the whole way through the production of the engagement and wedding ring with this company. The quality of the product is a very high standard. I’d strongly recommend using Compare the Diamond and I will certainly by using their services in the future

I contacted Compare the Diamond to enquire about resizing my engagement and wedding rings.
I quickly received an email back telling me that would be no problem. I was sent a resizing pack and all the packaging to safely post my rings.
To my delight, the resizing included a complementary valet of both rings. The rings are 10 and 11 years old.
Within days, I received my resized rings, and they look like new!!!!!
They both fit perfectly and I can't stop looking at them, they are so sparkly!!!
I cannot recommend the service enough.

Amazing service. I had my original engagement ring from Diamond Geezer. 15 years later fancied a change. Looked around in the shops and it was going to cost a fortune. So we had the idea of finding out whether my ring could be redesigned by the same people.
Had all my documents and found the company had a name change to Compare the Diamond, but everything ran seamless from there. Luke was the person that sorted it all for me. After telling him what I wanted he came back with the design and around a month later I now have my new beautiful, sparkly Halo ring which I absolutely adore!!

I have just taken delivery of the most STUNNING Emerald cut 2.22 carat diamond ring from Luke at Compare the Diamond. It is out of this world.

The entire process was made so smooth from start to finish. I'd been looking at buying a diamond and creating my own ring for some time and have put a lot of research into it.

Compare the Diamond has the most beautiful diamonds to choose from and were extremely competative on price for the quality of diamond I wanted. Luke went above and beyond in customer service & helping me choose the right diamond, he was always available to give advice, nothing was too much trouble. Constant communication throughout. I can honestly say do not waste your time looking elsewhere for a stunning piece of jewellery, I did all the research! You will not be disappointed. I very rarely do reviews but felt compelled to as this level of service and the quality of diamonds are very very hard to find.

If a friend had told me she was purchasing a large diamond stone online, from a company she didn't know and creating the design via photos and computerized images I would have thought she'd lost it. Fast forward a few weeks and on the ring finger of my left hand I'm looking at the most beautiful diamond ring I have ever seen. I can't thank you enough Luke.
