Very friendly, helpful and informative

I spoke to Fizz at Compared Life after they called me to review my life insurance mortgage protection cover. She was very helpful and asked all the questions in a sensitive manner. I switched from my existing life cover which was a reducing over term policy to a fixed benefit policy with a well known insurance company and have saved over £30 a month which is excellent. Fizz also sent me all the documentation and explained how the initial payments would work and they all did exactly as she described. I’m very happy with the experience that I have so far had from Compared Life.

Services and procedure well explained by the facilitator, all in all it was a complete no pressure to purchase conversation, which helped me to decide the best way forward for my individual circumstances.
