Fraudulent Booked parking booked on line
Booked parking on line, site wouldn't let me finish the booking.
By this time they had my credit card details. Compare airport parking contacted me, to finish the booking start again or ring them. I chose the later. Rang and spoke to a gentleman who was extremely hard to understand, explained what had happened, he put it in manually from his end. Repayed for parking.
Details came through, which were completely different from what was agreed. Rang company up again, spoke to a lady, again very hard to understand (my hearing is very good), she explained the dates I wanted would be £40 more, this was obviously a scam to get more money out of me. Cancelled and requested a refund, lady said it would be 5-7 working days on the 8th working day I had not received my refund, Emailed the company they said it would be 5-7 working days, I explained it had already been 8 working days and was not in my bank (they obviously decided to sort it out as I had said I had checked my bank details) when the refund eventually returned to my bank they had taken £4-95 off for what they called admin. I explained it was an error from their side not mine, he said that it was company policy. Basically tough luck and we do it to everyone that hasn't paid for the extra insurance, obviously a scam to make an easy buck, as most customers dont complain.
Be very aware with what sounds like a foreign company with a London Office... Definitely not a good company to deal with, this company also gas a number of sites with similar names.
Definitely will not be getting my business again.
