Like so many others, placed the order and they were delighted to accept my 190 Euros but since then zero response. I have sent 10 emails, sent 5 whats app messages and also tried their chat for the last 10 days.

Comovita - treat people fairly and do not steal their cash if you cant provide the good or service.

Dreadful customer service.

5 weeks to receive the… best boots I’ve had. The process took longer than what I would have liked but after a few weeks wearing them I can say it was totally worth it. These are really well made and they look incredibly well. First day wearing them I got a few compliments st the office, something quite unusual where I work. Will purchase again, hopefully they can speed up tje process although as I said, it’s completely worth it.

Appears to be a scam. Ordered boots from here in January. It is now Well past the expected delivery date, I have emailed multiple times to ask for an ETA and just get an generic response back. I have also attempted to contact via social media but no response. Seeing a lot of similar reviews so I assume my money has long gone. Would advise everyone to avoid.

Impressive quality. Bought 3 loafers and initially I was a bit concerned with how good these would be as price was quite cheaper than luxury brands despite their promise of matching quality and I can confirm, being a shoe dog that these are outstanding. Both the suede and the leather are very nice and the soles look great and super comfortable. Really well made!

I ordered my sneakers roughly a year ago. I paid and for months I heard nothing. I had to constantly contact them on Instagram, Whatsapp and Email in order to get a response. I now have owned the shoes for less than a year and the material is already cracking on the sides!! This is unacceptable for this price range. I have seen on their website that they offer a 5 years guarantee, so I emailed them with pictures of the shoes in order to find a solution. I have sent 3 email so far and have been completely ignored. Never had such a bad experience with customer service and will never buy from their website again. The only "positive" thing is that, according to a lot of reviews, I was not the only one having such an experience.

Update: it has been 10 days and still no email

This seems to be a scam. Like many write, it is impossible to get a hold of anybody there, and shoes are not being delivered. It’s sad - it looked like good shoes…

Best sneakers I’ve owned. The suede quality is exceptional and you can see these are really well made very easily. For the price you are paying, waiting a few weeks is completely worth it. Will buy again shortly!

Never received my order. No refund. Comovita just canceled my order.

Received the message below. How is this possible when I was supposed to receive my order „by end of last week“ when it got canceled by Comovita on day before estimated delivery?

Best shopping experience I’ve had in my life. I have always had lot of trouble buying shoes as my right foot is significantly smaller than my left one (41 vs 43) and therefore most of the times I need to buy two pair of the same shoes to be able to wear them. When I discovered comovita I reached them to ask if it was possible to get one pair with different sizing and not only they did it without a problem but after explaining them my frustrations with others brands they gave me a lifetime discount to compensate the “extra money” I had to spend previously on shoes. Couple of weeks ago I got my order and I can’t explain how happy I am to be able to wear luxury shoes without spending a crazy amount of money (a pair of good Chelsea’s would end up costing me close to 1000$ due to the fact that I have to buy two pairs). Super happy and definitely gonna purchase soon again from them, the waiting is so worth it!

My favorite sneakers (yes, you have to wait a few weeks to receive them as they are made to order). The quality you get for the price you are paying is just unbeatable. I see lots of complains regarding timings but I think it’s pretty clear on their website that these kicks are made to order. If you wanna get this quality at this price, you have to understand the process that makes it possible. If you are not in a rush to get the new shoes, totally worth the wait!!

Terrible experience and don’t order from this company. Paid €200, waited over 3 months receiving the wrong pair of shoes, wrote 10+ times via all offered channels but no answer, customer service doesn’t exist.

Total SCAM.

4 month and did not receive my order.
I wrote to them 10+ times, and beside saying "do not worry, normal time is 4weeks" while I have been waiting 15 weeks already, nothing substantial.

Stay away !

Ordered in December and advised that the delivery would be 4 weeks,
Every enquiry since has been an automated response.
Three months later and still no boots or refund.
This looks to be a scam.

Concur with other reviewers. This has all the appearances of a fake company - scam.

Nay advise how/where to lodge complaint in order to save other potential buyers from this ordeal? Any possibility to get money back?

Unbeatable quality. I haven’t owned a pair of shoes better made than these loafers, crazy good quality for at a much cheaper price than other brands. Buying my next pair really soon. Also, despite it takes a bit to receive them (5 weeks) I love that these are made to order!

Horrible. Ordered NOVEMBER. more than 3 months later, still waiting. And like others have said, customer service is awful. No response. Only buy if you want to throw away money

Ordered Chelsea boots on December 4th. Order number #932749
Received a message informing me my boots are being sewn on 12th December. Nothing since and today is 26th February! Also, no answer to my email queries.

Starting to wonder if this is a scam? Professional looking website, lots of advertising on social media, but do they actually make shoes?

Update, April 1st. Still no news. Looks like I’m the April fool. Do NOT give your money or your trust to this company, clearly a scam!

I placed an order in November 2021 #932671 and have yet to receive. I have e mailed company several times but with no meaningful response received to date other the automated garbage.
I got an e mail to say the order had been shipped in late January but DHL know nothing about it. Bad show guys
