Bought something and immediately emailed to ship with FedEx (as stated they do on their website) or cancel if using USPS, but they shipped my package via USPS anyways. Shipping shows it was returned to them. They never answered any of my 10+ emails throughout the entire process and never sent a refund after receiving my item back. I should have known better to not use the shop app and get scammed.
I placed an order for a gallon jar of pickles from them about two weeks ago. When it arrived the box was wet and upon opening it I found that the jar had shattered and the contents were spilled out inside the box. I have tried numerous times to contact the company and got absolutely no response. I would not recommend.
