Absolute rubbish no cooling at all. Took nearly 4 weeks just to receive my blankets. Would not recommend this company

Even though it says “love it or your money back within 30 days” they are refusing a full refund for my daughter and they keep offering a very small percentage of what she paid. She just wants 100% of her money back and to send the product back.

Absolutely rubbish scammers. I ordered 2 "cosy cooling blankets" described & pictured as these thick blankets but what I received was thin sheet like towel sized "blankets" they are not a true size, my single bed blanket doesn't even cover half the single mattress in length or width & either does the double blanket its more the size of the single. Very unhappy trying to get refunded & better. Do not buy these from here, the material alone the minute you touch them let's you know they are certainly not "cooling" as described either.

Purchased the blankets recently as our bedrooms are upstairs and very hot. Thought using the blankets would be awesome and save electricity, but unfortunately, they are not cooling blankets at all my top sheet could do the same or better.

I like how light weight it is but the material feels like the outside of a sleeping bag so don't know how I'm going to get my son to use it. I only bought it because he now wants to use blanket but he has trouble regulating his body temperature. I dont what I expected but I was thinking it would be a knit like feel not a sleeping bag feel but time will tell I guess.

If I could give less I would. Appalling item and even worse customer service. Clearly engaging in false and deceptive advertising with empty promises and a commitment to ignoring their own terms and conditions. Don’t go near them.

Edited to add a response to the comment below - I have been in communication with the email address provided since the product arrived. We are up to our 6th email. Every email is full of contradictions and offering a pitiful amount of $ instead of a full return and refund. Alert to future customers - the consultant will tell you the products are exactly as described but then tell you to make it cool, you put it in the freezer! Tell me where that is indicated as a requirement in the specifications! So Comfy Sleepers, I have emailed the address below 6 times, I have requested the email of a manager or a resolutions team but I get nowhere.

bought the cooling blanket with high expectation to have the cooling effect but only at the beginning yes it felt cool and nice but after day one week, it is not really cool. only can get cooling if we turned on the aircon. really disappointed with this.

Bad quality pillow, even worse service. Even though their website says a 30-day money-back guarantee, they refused to refund the money. The quality of their pillow is the same as a drop-shipped pillow from Ali Express and sites like that. I would avoid this website if you don't want to get scammed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!!!

Update 2: This is a joke of a company. After speaking with Isha (a rep at Comfysleeper) I was told that due to the bad experience I had with them, they will refund my money and to wait a couple of days for a follow-up via email. This was on 12/14. There was no follow-up up so I emailed them myself, only to be told I would not be getting a full refund and only 50% would be refunded in "a gesture of goodwill to help out." This was sent just yesterday and I've yet to receive my refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE AND DEEM ANY AND ALL ISSUE YOU HAVE AS "CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS".

I received my 2 cooling blankets and the feel and quality is amazing.
Can’t wait to try it on those hot summer nights.

Ordered 2 blankets, they arrived very quickly. Put mine on my bed the first night and wow was cooler and I love it

cool is lightweight and cooler than a regular wool/similar blanket.

I love my pillow. I’ve slept a lot better with no aching shoulder or dry mouth when I wake up. I love the way it is soft and snug on my neck and has softness for my arms to lay pin . Very Happy ♥️

Beware of the comfy sleepers earplugs! The website says that there is a moneyback guarantee if you’re not satisfied. I received my earplugs, I tried them, and they didn’t work any better than my foam earplugs. When I approached the company for a refund, they referred me to a refund policy That basically says that there’s no reason that you can return your plugs for a refund. This is a total rip off, I would not recommend the earplugs. I am out $30 because of false advertising.

Scam company! I cancelled my order within 24 hours. I got promised a refund several times, even got an email confirming they have issued a refund but it was all a lie! No refund after 4 weeks. Had to contact my bank who done an investigations and confirmed this company is fraud and had to get my money back from the bank due to being scammed.

This is a company that does not stand behind their products but would rather send emails faking concern and satisfaction of customers.
Ordered the cervical pillows and a pillowcase. The pillows came but pillowcase didn't. When contacted they pretended to care and claimed the pillowcase shipped separately. The invoice said something different. The pillows are ergonomically shaped. Mine haven't gotten the shape. I was asked to give it 24-48 hrs to gain shape. They stil HAVE NOT.
They have done nothing more than offer $30 on $121 tab YET they stand by their product and want customer satisfied. I'm neither satisfied AND the product doesn't work. BEWARE!!

I ordered the comfy pillow since I suffer with sleep apnea and it’s hard for me to get a good night sleep most of the time. However as I have been getting more adjusted to the comfy pillow I have noticed better sleep. More comfortable and very relaxed.

I ordered the cooling blankets while they were buy one get one free. I bought four but when the order came there was only two. I emailed the company to find out if they were on back order. The asked a few questions and found out the other two were needing to be shipped again. I received the two blankets within a week with many apologies. The company has wonderful customer service and will always have my business.

Blankets are incredible-would give them 5 stars, arrived quicker than i thought. I ordered the “matching” pillowcases however they are a different material- company has said they will refund.

The butterfly pillow has really helped support my neck through the night and I find it really comfortable. I suffer with very bad neck pain and stiffness due to my fibromyalgia so any help I can get to support my pain getting worse is a saviour. Thank you Comfy sleepers 🙏🏻 The customer service has also been gold standard, with regular check ins and contact to ensure I’m happy with it.
