Poor Quality Product and Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. The pillow quality was far below expectations and caused significant discomfort, including headaches and neck pain. Despite clearly explaining these issues, the company refuses to accept returns once the product has been opened, even when the item is unsuitable for health and comfort reasons. What made the experience worse was the customer service. No matter how clearly I explained my situation, the responses felt robotic and scripted, with no empathy or genuine attempt to resolve the issue. Customers are also expected to pay for return shipping themselves, which shows a complete lack of flexibility and care. Overall, this was a frustrating experience due to both poor product quality and unhelpful customer support. I would not recommend this company.

Bought these pillows not knowing what to expect but needing them to help my
wife who suffers with a bad neck and headaches from her previous pillows.
These pillows came all really well wrapped and have been a revelation! We
have kept all the filling inside as like firm pillows but love the way you
can take filling out depending on how you like your pillows.

The Comfylab pillow is easing my neck pain and has lessened my husband's snoring, SO glad I bought two!

A quality product! We had to remove lots of the stuffing, but that's the idea to personalise each pillow.
