Not even one star!!!
The sizing chart is misleading and so I ordered the wrong size. I have tried contacting this company 4 times to ask if I can get a refund for 2 out of the 3 products ordered.
NO RESPONSE

Interesting, these guys advertise under another name as well and claim to be in NZ! They're not. Ordered a product that's supposedly coming from somewhere in China! And guess what, you can get the exact same product from Temu at a fraction of the price! How are these pr*cks allowed to get away with this!

Never received my order this is a scam,It was charged to my credit card on May 12 and I haven’t received them and the tracking number doesn’t work

I'm really surprised at all the negative reviews! yes, they do turn out to come from China although advertised as local, but I got plenty of info as the delivery progressed.
I ordered two pairs to try out - they are amazingly good. Worked better for me in an emergency than any pad or other underwear I have tried. They are really excellent, and I got the size I ordered which fit well and look good. Very thin to wear, smooth outline. I have no complaints at all

Scam! Ordered these after Facebook campaign, had contacted them regarding the returns policy and was assured it was no-quibble. Items arrived, not from the UK but from China. Cheap, rubbish quality and not fit for purpose. I tried to request return as promised and no contact, looks like company has disappeared from Facebook. Utter scam, I am furious!

This company claims to be UK based in London, they are not they are based in China. I will be amazed if my order even shows up. I have tried to cancel but they claim my order has been shipped. There customer service skills sound very limited. I would not have ordered if I knew these were coming from China.

Product does not live up to its supposed strengths and will not stop heavy flow leaks. DO NOT PURCHASE

Scam, you have to pay p&p to return an item that has been mis sold. Guarantee means nothing, I checked frequently asked questions and what arrived was not what was described. They offered 20% refund if I keep this crap item. As with lots of others I thought I’d done my homework and the company was in the UK how wrong I was.
Do not fall for this scam

Total scammers! I ordered 3Xl and they sent 7Xl! I contacted them, they asked for a photo of what I received then never heard another word. No refund.

Product was poor quality as well.

Ordered XL as I usually wear a size 16 - 18 . They arrived after a couple of weeks( from China ) but the size would be lucky to fit a 12 year old child. I contacted the company immediately & was informed they were sorry that I had not received the size I ordered . I explained that I had ordered the requested size but they were too small & could I exchange them for a 4 XL .I was asked to send a photo of the size Which I did & haven’t heard from them since ! What a scam !

Scammers - said they were Australian, they are not. Advertised through Facebook with fake reviews, all from 20 year olds that had facebook pages 2 days old (I discovered this when I went back after receiving their shonky order). Underwear did not fit although I used the correct sizing guide.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

One minute after ordering, I changed my mind and cancelled the order, but they would not cancel it. They are cheats based in China. Read the reviews on here before ordering. That is what I should have done. Never order with this company.

I ordered 4xl and received 7xl. I have been going through the same as the other customers. I have sent emails and pictures. I put a review on Face Book and straight away I was blocked. I will keep trying to get my correct order. There must be a way this can be stopped. SCAM

I did contact their customer service team after received incorrect size goods: I ordered size 4XL, they sent size 7XL!! After 3 weeks of back and forth email, they told me that refund will not be done for used items when the items are still their original packaging!

Their code of conduct is unlawful! They are cheating. They are not Australia based, but China.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

So Comfyguard UK are NOT based in UK and Customer Service are NOT giving a good service. AVOID ! As others have said, their reply is standard automated rubbish about their wrong sizing and how you can return them and buy replacements with a 25% discount. Return to CHINA!! And what about their promise to replace them 100% free if they don’t fit ( see size guide). I’m getting nowhere with my constant emails and I have no intention of giving them any more money by paying postage or buying more. I’ll put this loss down to experience. This should be taken off FB but they are still popping up every day and no doubt scamming hundreds more. Pity I was swayed because of what looked like hundreds of brilliant reviews on their post, and forgot to check Trustpilot.

As others have said- avoid at all costs. Not a UK company, items arrived from China. the excellent customer service is actually a series of stock translated responses which are sent at random and repeatedly to my emails, making no sense at all. The product did not fit and they claim the factory had made a mistake. Lightweight plastic and crackly - I’m going g to pay to send them back much against my better judgement but I want this profit out of my house!

Not happy at all

I have ordered from here before and had no trouble but this time they are disputing have sent wrong size and that is to do with conversion table and I ordered incorrectly. This is totally not the case and they are nit refunding or sending correct size. Will not be using them again.

Here is my experience during June 2024.
Off a Facebook Ad, I ordered 5 pairs size XL
They duly arrived from China with careful opening of one Pack the size was 4XL instead of being larger than XL they were 4 times smaller . I paid 59.99 in total no postage as freight "free". After numerous emails they agreed to refund these panties as did not fit anyone in my family despite attempting to try on could not even get as far as mid thigh. After emails and photos of their panties over Everdries to expose the size discrepancy. They eventually agreed to a full refund upon evidence of postage receipt and tracking number being sent to them. Here is the killer, the postage charge from Sydney Australia to China was 25.35. No where did I see the return post had to be paid by the unfortunate purchaser. The original cost has been refunded now I intend to send a polite request for the Postage to be refunded as this company intimated that they were based in Australia therefore postage would have been around 9.50 AU.
During correspondence they admitted they made a "mistake " by attaching incorrect labels to packs but the same information was on the inside tag. All I can say, beware, this company should be looked at by Trade Practices and Face Book. Such deceptive tactics. not acceptable. The Purchaser in good faith should not have to pay return Postage for their very obvious short comings!!!

Absolute scam. Recieved awful product and contacted them same day I recieved. They are not wearable and they said that I was out of my 30 day period.
Ordered 01/07 received 11/07 and complained same day. I am a size 8 and XL was too small
