Stay away! They send me scratched frames. And are definitely knock offs. After contacting them, they refuse replacement of refund.

They send the wrong prescription and then blame the customer. Customers cannot return a wrong prescription even though the website clearly states you can return the eyeglasses if you don't like them.

BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I order some new eyeglass frames and paid for expedited shipping because I leaving the country soon. They message me that my address is incorrect. The address is correct USPS, UPS, FEDEX, AMAZON all deliver to my address given. They dragged out the order for 3 days then they canceled order. Now to late for me to receive new eye glasses before I leave.

Ordered designer frames and prescription lenses. Never received them. Called to let them know. They don’t care that I didn’t receive them.
I was called “Sir “ TWICE by the rude customer service person. I’m a girl always been a girl and don’t have a mans voice. Then they told me they shipped them and it’s my problem I didn’t receive them and to basically piss off. I don’t believe they ever sent the glasses.

Horrible company to deal with bought glasses online from them and I knew which classes I wanted, but they just didn’t fit well and I don’t think they got the prescription right even though I entered it correctly. Online I went to return the glasses and they gave me about a 20% discount or refund. Unbelievable I bought glasses online in the past and have always received a 100% refund if returned, horrible company, horrible company. Shipping is extremely slow. Correspondence is extremely slow. They ignore emails and then the refund takes six weeks to come back even though it’s only a partial due diligence never buy from this company. There’s too many better companies to choose from.
