I placed an order on October 8, 2025. It started out as delivery in 5-7 days with notification in 5 days. When i contcted them after 10 days, they said it was actually 7-15 days. On October 19 they added yet another 10-15 business days. So I guess I can expect it sometime in November...maybe.

Scam. This site and thecomfykicks instagram site. It’s super sad that they are using targeted social media ads to convince kids to buy their products which unfortunately never come. So the result is only disappointed kids. They obviously don’t have kids. or a conscience!!

Garbage company garbage shoes! I bought my daughter a pair of pink Jordan she was sent a pair without the Nike swoosh. No phone number to reach them emailing is a joke

I had ordered 2 pairs early February, it says they have tracked shipping but then when you click it it says destination unknown. I didn’t receive product in the window then they said they were having delays and it just shipped and would be there in 7-10
Business days, I followed up 2 weeks later because I still hadn’t received it. Same thing 7-10 business days. After 2 months of not receiving my order I finally had to initiate a charge back.

Like everyone else said…. Total scam! Also purchased two pairs as Christmas gifts and never received them. The company has given me two tracking numbers through out the process which never panned out and stated that they refunded me after I contacted them, however I never received that either.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I placed an order for 3 pairs of slippers to be Christmas gifts for my kids - totaling over $140 with shipping. Nothing ever showed up and now, 5 months later I cannot get anyone to reply or refund my money. It’s beyond aggravating.

This is a scam! They send automated responses and fake tracking numbers! Do not listen to them, every dog has their day! People reap what they sow, remember that!

Bought some slippers that were sold as one size fits all. I was cautious but saw on the website a positive review from someone who said their son’s feet were a size 12. I ordered them, they took weeks to arrive and of course were too small for my son who wears a size 11.
I then started an email exchange with the company that is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It was literally like they were playing games with me. They sent me at least 6 emails and eventually resorted to sending me the same emails they’d already sent and ignoring what I was saying in mine. Eventually they said they had just moved to China (I think this is untrue or they’d been in China all along) and they offered a 15% refund or a 25% gift card. I replied I was not satisfied with either as I felt that the slippers had been deceptively described and they just ignored me. I felt it was very clear there was no intention to refund the purchase.

First off, they say they are located in Canada but item supposedly ships from China. Ordered the first of Feb. and it is March 18th and still no item. Says item is awaiting carrier pick up for 25 days. Total days waiting now has been 45 days. This is nothing more than a SCAM SITE.

I received the wrong size slipper. I immediately contacted them. Sent pictures documenting. They said they would replace. Then said I could only have a 15% refund. Only way to contact is via email. They lag days in responding. This has been going on 2 months. They shipped me the wrong slipper and refuse to resolve in any way - refund or replacement.

SAME DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FRLM THIS SELLER. I ORDERED JANUARY 28TH AND NOTHING. STILL NOTHING. THEIR PHONE DOESNT WORK AND THEY REPLY WITH AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE. THEY ARE NOT SERVICING OR IN BUSINESS TO SERVICE A CUSTOMER !!!

A quick update it's March 18th and still nothing. Do not place an order with this company!!

I placed an order 2/4/24 and the item has not shipped. I first contacted them 11 days in and requested they cancel the order due to the delay. They then created the shipping label and said the couldn’t cancel it - but the item still hasn’t actually shipped and it’s been 22 days. I’ve contested the order with credit card company because customer service email responses are useless and the phone number isn’t working. do not use this site!!

I wish there was a zero star and I wish I had read these comments. This place is a scam. I will be going to my bank today to get a reversal. I never received the product.

I wish I would of read these before my order I ordered 2 weeks before Christmas now February nothing got scammed. Phone number doesn’t work 🤦🏻‍♀️ over $200 in gifts that never came. Phone number is disconnected and just like the rest of the reviews it’s a scam

I ordered a gift for my niece from Comfy Air Sneakers for Christmas. When my niece opened her slippers they were ripped in the toe area. I reached out to customer service including a pic on the 26th and didn’t hear back until Jan 4th. I understand the delay it was during a time when some businesses are closed for the holiday right. I finally received my response that this will be escalated. I received another response asking if I want a refund or a new pair. I said a new pair and I will send the old ones back. The next response was like we started over from scratch saying can you tell me the issue. I said please read the email chain. The response was they could give me half of what I paid or a coupon code for a percentage off. I said no and now I want a whole refund back as I don’t want to do business with you any longer. I have not heard back from them since. It has been a nightmare dealing with them.

Please do not waste your time ordering from them. There are other places to get these slippers from.

I wouldn't buy crap from them. They steal money.. bunch of scammers.

Buyer beware - this is a China shop - over a month and still have not received the product! Nothing on the website indicated this was coming from China, wish they had been transparent as I would have never purchased from them if I had known that! Deceptive at best, fraudulent at worst!

This company is fake! I placed an order over a month and a half ago. Still have not received my purchase. I’ve tried calling the contact number on their website and it doesn’t go through and I’ve sent emails and gotten no response. Just this morning my credit card detected fraudulent activity…coincidence? I think not. Do NOT purchase anything from this scam website!!
