Did exactly as it said on the tin ! Only one thing, it was a replacement item as original was out of stock, but replacement was good.

Just taken delivery of my furniture and I am sooooooo so happy !! The delivery was brilliant. They opened everything to check it and then allowed me and my dog lol to have a good look. I was a little anxious as they didn't take phones but responded to every email in the time they said and most importantly furniture in one piece!!! Brilliant from start to finish.

Product was not as good quality as expected I ordered 2 shelves one was fine the other the glass panels at the front were on a 3mm slant and the fixing points at the back were poorly assembled. I wanted a replacement for the one shelf and was only offered a refund which I found strange. I was not prepared to return this and pay £15 delivery to order another so customer service again well below expectations. Maybe I just had a poor first experience but won’t be buying from these again.

Reason for 5 stars this goes out to the Delivery men that had delivered my furniture today, I was very frustrated with comfy homes with the lack of comunication between them and service that was provided but the delivery men where understanding of my situation and resolved my issue straight away!! Thanks to them I was a very happy customer for being able yo provide my goods😊thankyou again Delivery Men!!

Comfy homes is one best experience we had very professional and immaculate.From ordering to delivery everything went perfect.
I was kept informed of delivery dates and on day of delivery there was good tracking information available.
The suite is lovely quality and very good value for money. I would not hesitate in shopping again with furniture choice and recommending👍🏻
