Furthermore, you received a car in a higher segment than the car you booked, at no additional cost. Our company offers simple rental terms and the best price, but some services are subject to additional fees. You receive a clean car and return it clean. If you don't have time to prepare the car for return, we'll take it to the car wash for you, but this is an additional fee. The first page of the contract lists the costs: PLN 79 for exterior cleaning and PLN 79 for interior cleaning. If you claim you weren't informed of these costs, I'll be happy to send you the contract with your signatures.
In short, do you think your review is fair or malicious? You could have given a 5-star rating, you were satisfied for 10 days, and you're canceling it all because you weren't satisfied for the last 15 minutes? P.S.: Yes, you had comprehensive car insurance that covered all costs. Do you think that the driver shouldn't have inspected the car and noted any damage? If so, someone else could be blamed for causing the damage, so the vehicle return report is completed regardless of whether the client has basic or comprehensive insurance.
