Nie jesteśmy nowicjuszami, którzy dopiero co rozpoczęli swoją działalność, ani firmą, która dynamicznie się rozwija. Od ponad 10 lat wynajmujemy samochody i doskonale znamy się na tym co robimy. Nasza historia sięga 17 czerwca 2009 roku, kiedy to wynajęliśmy pierwszy samochód na lotnisku Chopina w Warszawie - był to Mercedes-Benz W245. Rozpoczęliśmy naszą działalność z zaledwie pięcioma pojazdami, przyjętym sobie ambitnym celem - oferować najwyższą jakość usług przy najniższych cenach wynajmu. Nasz pierwszy klient nadal korzysta z naszych usług i jest z nami od samego początku. W grudniu 2022 roku wynajął u nas samochód po raz dwusetny trzeci, a w międzyczasie polecił naszą firmę swoim kilkudziesięciu znajomym, z których większość stała się naszymi stałymi klientami. Jakość naszych usług potwierdzają nie tylko tysiące zadowolonych klientów, którzy polecają nasze usługi swoim znajomym, ale także fakt, że trudno znaleźć klienta niezadowolonego z obsługi lub wynajętego u nas samochodu.

I don't recommend it!!!

I don't recommend it!!!
I waited for a car for more than two hours, even though I had arranged it a week in advance. I called the rental company three times, and they said the driver was on his way. After waiting for an hour and a half, after the third call, I got the driver's number directly, who said he was just leaving. After picking up the car at 5 PM, everything was fine. Then, the next day, they called complaining that the car was dirty and issued a bill for 150 PLN. They only sent a payment link via text message with a different contract number than the one I had signed (which is very strange).

Everything was ok up until the point of return

Everything was ok up until the point when we returned the car. We filled up with fuel at the fuel station. The guy arrived on foot and made us take all of our luggage out of the boot so he could just check the spare wheel, he went all around the car checking for mark and dents (even though we were fully covered) all was fine, as he could not find anything he charged us at extra 150 zloty (£32) as he claimed the car had not been washed! He also said they would ned to vacuum it, car was clean inside and out, just road dust, WE WERE NOT TOLD WE HAD TO WASH AND VACUM THE CAR! We have rented cars all over the world and never been told we have to clean any vehicles we have rented before returning them, this is a SCAM. To be honest I had to clean the inside windscreen when we collected it as it was filthy. This stupid policy has resulted in us NEVER using this company in the future! (My wife is polish and we visit Poland regular) and why I am leaving this negative review. Such a shame as everything else was ok.

Dear James, I unfortunately disagree with your opinion and believe it's highly unfair. You received a new car with 10,000 km on the clock. Furthermore, you received a car in a higher segment than the car you booked, at no additional cost. Our company offers simple rental terms and the best price, but some services are subject to additional fees. You receive a clean car and return it clean. If you don't have time to prepare the car for return, we'll take it to the car wash for you, but this is an additional fee. The first page of the contract lists the costs: PLN 79 for exterior cleaning and PLN 79 for interior cleaning. If you claim you weren't informed of these costs, I'll be happy to send you the contract with your signatures.
In short, do you think your review is fair or malicious? You could have given a 5-star rating, you were satisfied for 10 days, and you're canceling it all because you weren't satisfied for the last 15 minutes? P.S.: Yes, you had comprehensive car insurance that covered all costs. Do you think that the driver shouldn't have inspected the car and noted any damage? If so, someone else could be blamed for causing the damage, so the vehicle return report is completed regardless of whether the client has basic or comprehensive insurance.
