I was skeptical about the process. However the entire process was easy and I just received a beautiful slip cover for my Article couch. The leather seam had ripped (cats) previously I re ordered a cushion but this policy was stopped…the slipcovers are well made and as described. Pachage arrived clean and ready to be placed on the couch. Putting them in was not hard at all! It looks like a brand new sofa! Shipping does take weeks but it did arrive earlier than expected. I ordered an extra slipcover cushion and feel the entire experience was money well spent. Very satisfied.

Comfort Works have given our tired Nikkala sofa a complete new lease of life. We are thrilled with the new cover, Great workmanship, Quality fabric, Well Packaged. Excellent fit. So glad we found you. A new look sofa for many more years to come. We are very happy.

Working with Comfort Works was terrific! They asked clear questions so that I was able to measure accurately and double and triple checked my answers to be sure that I got just the right fit. My couch looks GREAT and I couldn't be happier. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH.

Awesome product, awesome customer support !

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I purchased slipcovers for a West Elm Harris sectional from Comfort Works in early August 2025, relying on their prominently advertised “Perfect Fit Guarantee.” I paid $879 for what was marketed as a ready-made template cover for this exact sofa model.

When the product arrived, it did not fit at all. What followed was one of the most frustrating and time-consuming customer experiences I’ve ever had. Over 2.5 months and 40 emails, Comfort Works repeatedly demanded redundant, time-intensive measurements and installation photos — often asking for the same things multiple times or steps that made little sense.

Each “request” took 30–60 minutes of my time -- at this point over 8 hours -- only to be met with moving goalposts and new requirements. It was clear they were stalling rather than resolving the issue.

After two months, their representative Leigh explicitly confirmed in writing that if I provided final photos showing the issue and declined a remake, they would have what they needed to process a full refund. I complied with every single request in good faith. Leigh then acknowledged that the fit issue was on Comfort Works’ end — and still refused to refund me without forcing me to accept a remake first.

This is not just poor service — it’s misleading and deceptive. Their “Perfect Fit Guarantee” is not honored in practice, and their refund process appears designed to exhaust customers rather than resolve issues.

Comfort Works is an overseas company marketing aggressively to U.S. customers, which makes accountability even harder. If something goes wrong, you will carry the burden, not them.

Buyer beware: If your product doesn’t fit, be prepared for months of delays, endless hoops, and broken promises. Leigh’s repeated assurances meant nothing. I would never purchase from them again.

I have used this company in the past and their project was pretty good. I went to order a new sofa cover, and erroneously ordered before my wife wanted to rethink our decision. I contacted the company to cancel within 10 minutes of making the purchase. I’ve since received an email from them telling me that they’re still going to want to charge 5% just for a quick mistake. I’m willing to pay a price for quality but in this case this is just a scam. I would not use this company again and I would discourage anyone else from putting up with business practices like this. I know it’s hard for people right now in this economy, but scamming each other is not the way to get forward. Please look for a different group.

I appreciate their assistance during the entire process, from ordering all the way to after sales.

and last but certainly not least… the covers look perfect on my sofas.

All those things combined, is what makes me a repeat customer. (This was my 2nd order).

Really happy with my purchase. We moved into a new home with a very solid and comfortable IKEA couch but the fabric was very worn..we got a lovely cover from Comfort Works and it's like a new sofa. The cover surpassed my expectations, worth every penny. I've no hesitation in recommending their products. There was a customs tax issue where I was wrongly charged import tax but Customs Works refunded me immediately. Excellent company, 5 stars. Michelle, Ireland

Communication was excellent and sofa covers were great quality and delivered speedily.

Very happy with these covers, they are just what I wanted. Fabric boucle is lovely. Fit is very good, seaming neat and precise. Good zips. Easy to fit well. All round very happy with the product.

Easy to order and helpful staff who answer questions online with a nice personal touch, Good follow up to check all was well and ok after I received my order. Arrived quickly with good courier service. This was an added bonus.

Top-notch company, top-notch product. I recently decided to place an order with Comfort Works to revive a second-hand pair of Jennylund armchairs--and I am so glad I did! A huge THANK YOU to Mark and Rachel for their personalized attention, speedy communication and rapid follow-through. The slipcovers are simply magnificent and have totally changed my living room. I had opted for a customized look with a box pleat skirt, and Mark made extra sure my slipcovers were done to perfection. Two scruffy "vintage" armchairs are now the visual center of my living room, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

We had an older but very comfortable and well made sofa that we didn't want to part with. We worked with Alvin to provide measurements and photos for the seamstress. Comfort Works did a fantastic job from start to finish. They provided nice sized fabric samples and the customer service with this process was incredible. The fabric is wonderful and the covers are well constructed and fit beautifully. It looks like we have a new sofa!

I had a great experience ordering a custom cover for my daughter’s room. I was able to match the cover to her other decor perfectly. Leigh was very helpful in ensuring I could select the right color fabric and in figuring out a unique shipping situation. The quality is high and my daughter loves it!

I could not be happier with my custom sofa cover! I thought my sofa was well made but the cover’s quality makes it look like garbage in comparison. The fabric is incredible, so soft but still feels very sturdy, and the zipper for the cushions is very heavy duty. When I had friends over they thought I bought a new sofa and were shocked to learn it was a cover. The fit is incredible, the seams all lay exactly where they’re supposed to, all thanks to the incredible Comfort Works team. I had an amazing employee at Comfort Works who very patiently answered my questions and expertly guided me through the process. They sent me a template to fill out the measurements and gave very clear instructions on how to do it. They also reached out to me and clarified certain measurements to ensure that perfect fit! I’m so pleased with my sofa and now I want to buy one in every colour!

There was a minor issue and the company went out of its way to help correct the situation, offer solutions, and send out new material in a timely manner. There was great communication all along as well. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for covers and will be a customer again in the future.
