Good products but also excellent customer service.

I had a ileostomy in February and have been looking ever since for a comfortable level 1 support for my stoma. Most stoma device supports, particularly those that are provided by the NHS, are aimed at those who have a colostomy rather than an ileostomy. My ileostomy is high up and the average supports, ruck up. become uncomfortable and provide poor support.
I tried the Comfizz Vest, Level 1 Support × 1, White / 2XL/3XL and immediately notice a huge difference. Firstly, the vest provided comfortable support for my stoma, I do not have a hernia, and had the advantage of looking and acting just like a normal underwear vest. I'm very pleased with the purchase I have now ordered a second one so that I can wear every day.
One advice I would give to purchase is is to order in a generous size at least one size bigger then normal clothing as they are a tight fit and in normal size I found constricting.

I was emailed as soon as the product I wanted was in stock and upon placing my order it was delivered promptly and efficiently. I love the firm support boxers as they support my hernia making me feel and look much better.

The staff was very responsive to my question of how to save items that were out of stock and soon to be restocked and have them combined into one shipment to the States -- a significant savings in shipping fees. Not only did they offer advice, but they also set up the process for this to work. Clearly customer service is well and good at Comfizz.

The garments don't seem to be quite so well made now.

Dealing with Comfizz was a pleasure; they were helpful as could be for which I was extremely grateful.
The loss of the fifth star was due to my order taking a little longer than anticipated (we’ll leave it at that!) and also a small matter of colour run when the product was washed.

The stoma waistband has made a fantastic difference to me and living with a stoma has improved massively. The service is also excellent.

The comfizz products are amazing. I wear a band, either level one or two at all times. Well except for showering. It gives me the confidence to live normally. The stoma protectors are the best thing ever!! My young children have never intentionally hurt my stoma and can still jump and climb on their mum. Thank you

The product while expensive, not covered by insurance in the US, works well. Delivery was prompt.

Comfizz should figure out a way to reinforce the hole for the valve. The hole rips wide open and is not repairable. While good for Comfizz's business; it results in throwing away a perfectly good sleeve.

The company contacted me when the product i required was back in stock. I placed the order and received the product within a few days.

I appreciate your products immensely. They are well made and wear well. I just wish the shipping were not so so expensive.

Always delivers on time. Previously used customer service excellent for Change of size. Would recommend quality of belts and supports as bought quite a few via NHS and own purchase.

Stock levels poor ie no White in my size high waisted . This is the second time in 3 months.
