The braa is nice. It is rollling up a bit by the end of the day but the support is good.

I love this bra. It's so soft and smooth. And it's gentle for my neck and shoulders.
I have a whiplash injury in my neck and I am very sensitive for pressure over my neck and shoulders, but with these soft shoulder straps I don't get any increased pain.
I feel comfortable all day long and I don't even notice I have a bra on me.

Was not expecting a lot to be honest. But holy smokes, they blew my mind! They are comfortable beyond campare 🥰! Bought my mom and sister one each and they love it too! Got wrong size for me, but one simple mail and they are sending me a new for free. Super simple and great costumer service! 😊

no fuss, just delivery

I ordered a bra according to their size chart but it turns out the size chart is an estimate of sizes and they choose a random size from a range and send it.

The bra I got was too big and I contacted them and they gave a code so I could get a new bra without having to return the original one which I thought was very kind.

On ordering the new one I specifically contacted them with the right size that they should send. Then they said that the cup size I ordered is not available (even though it is listed as an option when choosing sizes). I questioned this and they just stopped communicating.

I received the new bra today and it is too big (despite the fact that they had said to order a smaller size for that particular design which I did).

Also, the material used on both bras I received are not suitable for bras and have zero hold. It is more like panty material and could work for someone who wears a bra for the sake of it and not for the purpose they are intended. To hold up.

Frustrating Experience – Wrong Models, Poor Quality, and Unhelpful Support

I ordered three bras from this brand and was disappointed on multiple levels. Two of the three were the wrong models—not what I ordered. One of them had a plasticky feel and the material didn’t match the product description or price point. It felt cheap and uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, customer service didn’t seem to understand the issue. Despite providing clear photos, they insisted I had simply chosen the wrong size, completely ignoring the fact that the model itself was incorrect. Their response felt dismissive and unhelpful, which only added to the frustration.

Overall, the quality and service didn’t live up to expectations. I won’t be ordering again.

Quick response on email. Great customservice when it comes to refunds. My purcase whas to small and I was given the choice of purchasing a new one without refunding my first buy.

I’m happy with the help I’ve got this far. I ordered the wrong size and got help to change this, still waiting on the new one’s though! Hope they will arrive any day now! ☺️

The white ones are super strechy and sits perfectly, very comfortable size M. I am So happy with them.feé So I order more colors, same size, and they are way smaller. I get super help from the support and 3 new in a bigger size L. And they are almost the same as M personal I would not consider about 0,5-1 cm more = 1 size bigger! The other colors (red,purple,black) are not near as stretchy. So hear I am now, with 6 bra's that I can't use.

Aside from updates to the shipment process, it went very smoothly. This bra size was small for me, but it is gorgeous. I am keeping it for after pregnancy.

It fits good on my wife even she have heavy old breasts.

I love the Alice bra I bought, it is very comfortable and soft.
I did have an issue with the Original, but support handled it like a queen and I could not be more satisfied! THIS is how you run a successful company!!

Excellent help when I placed an order and it was not my size. I had ordered S but needed M and received a new one free of charge from customer service!
Very good quality and very comfortable. Do not get stressed by the shipping time, it took about 10 days for the order to arrive.
