I purchased 3 bras, one 3D Air Cups and two 6.3 inch side wings bras. I tried on the 3D Air Cups and it was too small so I did not try on the two 6.3 inch side wings bras.
I requested to exchange the one I tried for a larger size and return the other two. I paid $5.99 shipping only for exchange. Great! The other two, I needed to take pictures of the bras with the tags still attached and the original bags, get approval to send them back, once I received approval the cost to mail priority $19.95, await inspection of items and wait refund approved 3 wks, I received a email saying refund of $58.95, $20 less than paid, would arrive within 30 days depending on type of payment. I’m out $40 and still waiting.

I agree with all of the other 1 star raters. This is a scam company. Zero customer service. They do not provide contact info on their website for returns and other issues. What they do provide does not work, such as the chat or links to support. Everything is made to avoid having to provide any customer service. They are also a Chinese company, which i didnt know until after I ordered. I don’t support Chinese companies. Their website is very misleading. If you order, do so at your own risk!!

The Comfelie Bras are absolutely the best bras of life!! I was an underwire girly all my life, but once I tried the Comfelie bras with no underwire, I was hooked, and forfeited all other bras. They give great lift (the girls want to go south, and I want to keep them in the north) without all the hard wires and pinching, as well as give support to the side boobage, (because the girls like to move to the east and west, too, and I still insist that they stay in the north) so you don't see bulges on either side.
I have purchased many of them and even bought them and sent them to my Mom, who also loves them just as much as I do. I am a total lover of Comfelie bras for life!!

I really like these bras. I had breast cancer 36 years ago and my one breast is now larger than the other due to a lumpectomy and radiation. This is the best fitting bra I’ve had since then. I accidentally ordered two white bras rather than nude and they actually replaced them without my having to return them. That’s service above and beyond.

OMG.. I actually stopped wearing bras all together until I put on a comfelie bra. No kidding..I had given up. I hated the restrictive feeling..so uncomfortable. Now im happy all day! 3 of my friends have bought these bras on my recommendation!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the return process is absolutely laborious. I made an order in December and reached out to Comfelie right after receiving my order to process a return and I am STILL waiting (in January) to receive return info from them. They will ignore your repeated requests and continue to ask you to find another item instead. I am highly suspect that they in part do this to create a delay, causing you to miss the return window…among other nefarious reasons. Save the hassle and find a business that actually serves its customers.

Terrible bra, it’s more like a non supportive sport bra. Absolutely no cups or support and major uniboob. Customer service is refusing a refund and instead attempting to exchange with “no need to return item” because they know it’s trash.

After explaining I did not want an exchange and to provide next steps for return authorization, I was told to submit pictures of my item and package before they would send return address. This is not how customer service should work. Return policy states that even after they receive your return it’s still subject to refund approval. Not to mention the back and forth took 5 days, and would have taken longer had I not said I was reporting them.

Fabulous products, and when product wasnt quite right, (sizing) item was replaced immediately with out fuss and told not to return the item, but to donate, which i did. I will definitely be purchasing more and would recommend to anyone

This is my second time ordering Comfelie bras. First time I’ve order it after watching Marie Anne Lecoeure Youtube video. As I value her opinion and recommendaton I’ve ordered three. And ever since I’ve git them I keep wearing them constantly. I’ve gifted one to my friend and she is doing the same🤣Washing in the meantime of course😀. I’ve ordered again-3 of them. Waited a bit for shipping but as soon as I’ve put inquiry package was sent. It’s a holiday season and I understand that sometimes it can be delayed. I honestly recommend these bras as thy are really as manufacturer says! Model I’ve ordered first time are Zero Gravity Sculpt Plunge Mesh Bra and Seamless Soft V neck bra

I ordered two new bras before Christmas, and one was a different style than I usually get. I love Comfelie bras because they are SO comfortable, and I wanted to try one that was a little more supportive than the other ones I have. I ordered a size too small. I emailed about an exchange, and they sent me my new size SO quickly! I just had to pay shipping. Their customer support is AMAZING, and my new bra is amazing! I’ll definitely spread the word about this great company and their great products!

I purchased 2 bras, using their sizing. Both fit poorly. I have contacted customer service thru the website, chat, and facebook (had to use my husband's acct since I do not have one), even called where no one answers. They get back to me saying I can keep the merchandise, pay a shipping fee and get products at their correct size. I want to return, and be reimbursed. There is no return address on their website! Beyond poor customer service!!

These are the only bras I wear now. I have the minimizer (no padding) and the scalloped one, and the nano viva. Also a blue sports bra that was free in a promotion. I like them better than my eby bras and my Knix bras, they have better support and I also like them better than my lulu sports bras for working out.
I measure about 33 inches around the band and a c to d cup and ordered mediums and could probably go down to a small as I’m on the smallest hooks. They’re comfortable and supportive and don’t irritate my pacemaker scar. They all look good under clothing and I also wear them to work out. Ordered one recently and it got lost in shipping and they are already sending me a replacement. With my first order I felt the padding was too much and I asked if I could exchange and they sent a different style. Always great customer service.
I prefer little or no padding and with the styles with attached padding I found that I could heat up the adhesive strip at the bottom and pull out the pads. It works well and results in my perfect bra. You can do this with a pressing cloth and a warm iron if you don’t want the pads.

Customer service was excellent when I needed a different size. I asked for a different style as well because I thought it would be more supportive. The bras are comfortable and somewhat supportive but would not be able to replace the support a traditional underwire offers. Ultimately I will keep the larger size and would plan to reorder from this company if the bras hold up well.

Most Comfortable and Durable bra I've owned. As I've aged and had surgeries, I needed to move beyond an underwire yet needed support. I found Comfielie bras have met the challenge. I've purchased several and washed in bag without major issues. Yes, you may need to readjust the foam pads, but not hard to do. My only wish is that the company would stop changing and removing styles so frequently. It is hard to repurchase with the name changes. I misordered a size bouncing back and forth trying to order my style in a smaller size due to weight loss. Customer service via Chatty was most helpful and resolved my problem without issue.

I am trying to return the bras and the company is fighting me all the way. The bras I ordered are nothing more than thickly padded sports bras. There's no support and they are unflattering.

Don't fall for this Made in China junk.

This is one of the most comfortable bras I’ve ever worn. I absolutely loved this bra. It’s incredibly comfortable, supportive, and fits perfectly. It made a big difference in my day-to-day comfort for someone with a fuller bust. Highly recommend it.

I’ve purchased several different styles from comfelie, many at sale prices, over the last several months. They are comfortable & wash well. On some bras the sizing isn’t accurate. I always received my orders promptly. I will keep purchasing from comfelie.
