I ordered a portable Air Conditionner that just doesn't switch on. The customer service is not accessible neither via e-mail nor the phone.
I engaged juridic pursuits against the company since they violate european consumers rights and I won't stop until they get sanctionned. In the meantime, please avoid them at all cost !

Cosier than a onesie or a dressing gown, softer than the softest teddy bear and with the added bonus of saving you a fortune on heating when working from home! We absolutely LOVE our comfees. I have to peel it off my teenage son for its Saturday wash. I can’t recommend comfees highly enough 😁
