Comensura as an independent vender is great, they do exactly what is needed from them. The only let down and its a massive one is that they don't invest in their servers so that as they get bigger , by picking up more contracts, their portal just keep crashing. You cant submit hours, and managers cant authorise their end. Their helpdesk just ignores this so you lose hours upon hours trying to do the simplest tasks. Until they sort these issues out i would not recommend.

Worst portal I have ever worked with as a recruiter. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, no one has a clue what they are doing and you will have to wait weeks to get anything sorted.

It just seems as though they close their eyes and hope the issue resolves itself..

this company fraud my company money and not paid its been 8 months gone everytime they not respond and now they close log in system and not respond all my company now down because of this fraud company

I would give no stars. Avoid if you are a recruiter. We supplied rates to site and they were agreed. Once agreed we had a call from Comensura saying the rate was lower and the site had no control over charge rate. Although disappointed we went with there rate. Once the work was complete we submitted a timesheet and were informed that the rate quoted was incorrect and they reduced the charge rate again. They use cowboy tactics to get what they want DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM
