I tried to give this company another chance but it seems they are back to those scammy ways again. Received a package that had the contents spilled everywhere and smelled horrible. Massaged them numerous times. No response. I’m done with this company. The reason they don’t do well is because of the bad energy they do business with.

I recently received an email announcing their return, and I was so excited that I placed an order right away. Although I was initially skeptical about whether I'd actually receive the products, they were delivered quickly. The packaging, cream, and texture all seem just as they were before. However, I haven't found it to be as effective as it used to be. I'm thinking it might be because of the summer—I got tanned at the end of July and have been applying the cream regularly, but now it's mid-September and I haven't noticed any difference. Will continue to use over the winter and see if I notice any.

I’ve purchased products in the past from this company and it helped clear my eczema. Something happened throughout last year, where orders weren’t being received and eventually, the business pages were closed down.

The company is back up and running. I was worried about trusting them due to the past experiences, but I wanted to support the business owner who was really nice in the past. I purchased some products and didn’t receive them. I messaged ‘Cyberskincare’ on instagram and they sent the products again, responded to all my queries quickly and made sure I could trust them.

I don’t know what happened before but I am glad I trusted them again this time, as the business owner has always been so lovely. The formula looks and feels the same so hopefully the product will work as well as it did before.

For those unsure about purchasing due to past issues, I’d recommend purchasing as the products and prices are worth it

I will give this site negative stars if I could. They were comedonescare first when I started purchasing from them. Then they became cyberskincare. The products where originally good I decided to take the risk. I wish I saw all these reviews before purchasing from them. I'm not sure what happened but apparently they are now a scam company. Tried to contact them, no response. It's been more than 30 days I placed the order and I'm working something out with shopify to get my money back. I can not believe a company can do this to people. Scamming them out of their hard earned money. Who ever is behind this, knowingly scamming people- I leave it in God’s hands - do change your ways

I am very surprised by their customer service. I have been a very good customer for several years, purchasing very large orders. They were always very professional. Now, they are happy to take my money.....but no communication. An order arrived, but it was a fraction of the order. I thought it was a simple mistake so I contacted them. No one would respond to many attempts to communicate. I was lucky Paypal was able to do a refund. I'm starting to think someone else took over this company & they are not ethical. The products are EXCELLENT, but I will never order from them again.

Used to buy this product all the time, now I can’t seem to get through to the person selling these products. Has anyone found an alternative to these products that they could share with me? I really liked the products.

Cyberskincare aka comedonescare/mollyskincare promoted cyberskincare and did not deliver on my order placed last week. Beware

I am not sure what happened with this seller, but I have been a customer for years, and she was always so accommodating and professional, however, within the last year, there has been a drastic change. The seller never ships orders or she ships them months later, she no longer responds to text messages or emails; which years ago she would always reply to help. It is sad that she has allowed her company’s reputation to be damaged after the hard work she put forth to establish the company.

I ordered my products 2 months ago and until now I haven’t received my products. I called them many times, somebody answered and said will be coming soon but it never came. I told them to pay the money back but they hung up on me. So l wasted my money for nothing. Very poor customer service. Product was good for me that’s the only reason why I ordered it but no money back or no product. Try not to order from them.

Excellent products the best on the market! I've ordered on few occasions and my product arrived without any problem this morning.
I just want to share abit about my experience with the products
I was told by my consultant that I would be left with a permanent skin discolouration to my face after Radiotherapy. After about a year after my treatment I research on-line and found Comedonescare. I started using the Galore Ultra Rapid on the area of my face that was darkened and within 3 weeks my skin improved and the colour was back to what it was before the Radiotherapy!! ( obviously this might not be the case for everyone - so please seek medical advice if you're having Radiotherapy treatment) Thank you so much Comedonescare! A very happy customer!!

Delivery is horrible. On purchasing its says delivery is 3 days its over 3 weeks now not even posted tye item yet

If there is a rating lower than zero, that’s what this company deserves. I have placed orders for two items since February 10th, I got am email saying my items have been shipped but there was no tracking information. I have sent several emails that nobody ever replies, phone calls that nobody ever picks up. Just last week, I got an email asking for my review of products that I never received.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not order from these people I never received my order. After 3w not receiving an email with updated info on my order. The guy lied about sending my order. They gave me a invalid tracking number. I have reported this company BBB

Ordered a serum and paid for postage on 27th Feb. It's 12th April.
No Comms to say why it's late either!

I purchased a cream on March 17/23 I have never got it!!🙃🙃 I reach out to her. She never respond and I reach out again she didn’t respond. I asked for my refund I never got my refund, I literally have to call my bank. To get my money back. Do not buy from her from now on because she is a stealing people money!!! 😭😭😭

Product was never received and there was no response to several emails. I wonder what has happened this time as it is not my first time buying from then. All their Channels of communication are silent so something is definitely wrong.

The first update was 16 March. On 14 April, I have now received the orders I placed on 25 February. My guess is they ran out of stock and didn’t update on their website. Not that what they did was justified, just to say it’s not a scam.

I've been calling and texting the seller about my order. No response. I ask for a refund still no response. My order should have been delivered in 1-2 working days. It's been more than a week now and I still haven't received my order.

Still haven't received my cream i paid for. Over 2months

Unfortunately I've been having problems with my order. I contacted them several times through multiple different ways, and I have no reply. I made a mistake on my order and its been 2 weeks, no reply and no shipping or anything. This is really disappointing as i have ordered several times and have received great communication and support. Not this time around.
