Quick and easy

Forgot what customer service is. failed callbacks

Hi, contact info is very difficult to deal with if no one is interested in returning the call. When I did talk to someone I had to check to see if you were in bussiness. My shows are in less then 30 days and I missed one already, still have no sample ( sample -arriving today maybe) Offering me discounts but who cares if the product does not arrive for this years shows. Moving forward: If I were to order the next 5 Swag products are going to arrive. So I have ordered Locally from another company. Cards arriving tomorrow, Swag arriving tomorrow for my Feb show. Day or 2 later got a call. Or today. Called back but the answering machine is so full no more room for a message. Good news my hats have arrived not the sample but the entire lot. Maybe you could tell them. As before not able to call back. Ps hats look really good.

lottery scratchers with poor quality imprint

I recently ordered lottery scratchers. The color I ordered ended up not being available and I switched to a different color. That ended up not available so I settled for a third choice which was blue. I agreed to the original black imprint, however when I received them you can not read the black imprint on the blue scratcher. I was disappointed but did not want to go to the trouble to send back and ask for a reprint, etc. I do feel like the person that called me should have been experienced enough to suggest white or silver lettering to show up OR I feel like when they were being made someone would have thought you couldn't read it and call me to say it should be lettered in a different color....

Great price and customer service

Great price and customer service, but packaging caused about 15 calendars to be damaged. In addition the shipper held the package in their warehouse for 5 days before delivering. The shipping problem was not Comdas fault, but they should be aware.

I ordered calendars on the 16th of…

I ordered calendars on the 16th of December. It's the 1st of the year and we still do not have them. I was told by Comda calendars are still on there dock! Have not shipped yet!! Very unsatisfied. Paid for them on the same day ordered!!

Upgrading earlier review

I left a 2-star review last month, frustrated by the speed (slowness) of part of our order. The company responded quickly and thoroughly, and now we finally have the custom products. I have used COMDA for years - the products (calendars & hats, especially) are top quality and prices are exceptionally reasonable! Most (almost all) of the people I've had contact with there are very kind, polite, competent and helpful. I guess every company has their exceptions... and occasional breakdowns in their systems. Best to order well in advance of your need for the promo products, just to be safe.
