Made an order on hand sanitizer more than two weeks. ago, where Combishop adviticed that they had products on stock and that their deliverytime was 1-3 days.

Combishop didn't directly charge me, but reserved the amount on my creditcard. Meaning that I can't use the money to try to buy the same product elsewhere because my cardissuer is expecting the amount to be deducted.

I have spent my time trying. to get in contact with them, where I have been ensured that they would ship the orders. Latest new was that they will do it this week. I can see that many of the people that made orders after me have recieved their order and they appriciate you for that.
I unforutnattly got the. message today that you had cancelled the order, after having spending two weeks on waiting on your product. I don´t understand your prioritization regarding your customers, is it random who gets his order when?

Generally I think this is a badly run company where I will not do buisness again. Their something badly wrong with their supplychain system, where they are adverticing that they have products on stock, when they don't have them. Repair you order system in such a way that customers can the right information regarding your stocklevel!

Please stop comming with bad excusise regarding the current situation and how hard it is for you. The situation is as hard or even harder for you customers that are relaing on you as a supplier. It was our mistake to relay on you.

I have not yet received my package, and I know that this is due to the crazy situation due to the spread of the virus, and I am annoyed by the negative comments of some customers despite their knowledge of the current situation

Have ordered a hand disinfectant for my family the 08.03.2020 and still nothing except the amount is accepted. The order number is ROWCSXQMF, and so far nothing received. Completely disappointed from no one is replying to my email regarding my order. It’s outrageous that in such a difficult time for people some are earning on people’s fear and attempt to Buy such a necessary supply . I will definitely put that all over the Facebook groups to make people aware of that cheat.
