It’s perfect and thanks for the samples. We changed our minds after seeing a different color. We love it.

Well, the lady I talk to on the phone super nice and took care of my problems because my first shipment the FedEx driver did not read the package because it stated put box by black gate down the driveway he put it by the trashcan by the road, so somebody took it so my second shipment I had the eyelids were you put the Zip tie were broken on a couple of them I don’t think they were fastened very well. Hopefully I don’t have any issues when it gets windy.

Customer service was very helpful. Returned my calls when needed.

Honored warranty policy and quickly replaced the item

They sent me the wrong size sail then proceeded to give me the run around for weeks. They asked for photos proving the measurement was wrong - and I did. Then they asked for a photo of the USPS receipt - which I sent. And they still haven't created the correct sail. Very disappointed with this experience.

Pleasantly surprised with the warranty process. The online form doesn't really work, but after re-emailing everything, replacement screens were shipped really quick.

Awesome customer service! Had an issue with one of the sails and it got replaced right away.

We installed the wind screen sent to us by ColourTree on the fence. Looks beautiful. Quality seems to be very good. This is the first winter it will be up. When it came and we installed it, we assumed it to be the right length. There were three sections. All were 3" short after we stretched and installed. We contacted ColorTree and they, after verification, replaced one piece that made up for the short sections. Very satisfied. Haven't installed the last piece yet but believe that they got it right. Will use them again.

I ordered samples to help me decide. They are very ample and all colors are represented.
They arrived in a timely manner.

I attempted to get follow up with customer service around switching from one product to another - but got no response both times. Also, the replacement we received was cut incorrectly and was a poor fit for the supports that were already in place. Sadly, the finished look is somewhat sloppy as a result. The only upside is that we didn't have to pay for the replacements (although it is a sad commentary that both shade cloth triangles ripped within a 12-month period).

I ordered their color samples and the yellow was everything I hoped it would be. I've ordered and received their 12' poles. As soon as we get another warm stretch I'll get those installed, so I can provide exact measurements for the shadesail. My backyard is going to be the envy of the neighborhood.

The product is good quality. It showed up really fast. Very happy overall with purchase.

Wrong color, it isn't same color as my previous order.
