product was delivered on time but it does not appear to be the correct color and material is thin and not good for being outdoors in all types of weather. I did not hand it up because quality is not what i expected nor is the color true to the website.

I can not recommend and will be purchasing a higher quality product from another company.

Even if product is unused, still in new bag /box they do not provide a return label so you have to figure out how to ship it back and they then charge a return fee.

I ordered a free sample of the Super Ring Shade Sail from ColortTree. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the company kept me aware of the tracking info. Once received, the sample seems to be of exceptional quality! I am deciding the on the size and color and plan on ordering vey soon. In addition, I will probably order a pergola cover as well!

Great product. Even ordered two more for future use. Most impressive is the hook option on winch allowing you to disconnect and move without removing all screws. I use eye bolts to hook opposed to screwing bracket with six screws, hard screwing if mounting on steel post. Eye bolts are more secured. Frank

The quality of the product is terrible, because even though it says 3 year warranty, it only lasts 1 year. If something says 3 year warranty, it should last about 5 years. Customers service is excellent, hassle free. I bought 4 sun shades, and all 4 were replaced.

Buyer beware this company only wants your money. They are not interested in answering their phone or returning your phone call. A shipping label was created over a month ago and the product has not shipped. Home depot gave me the company's number to call and they will not answer their phone and they will not return any calls Buyer beware!

You stood behind your warranty and replaced my broken sail.

I purchased a triangular custom sail and 3 stainless steel poles. Two poles have 2 sections and one pole has 3 sections. The bottom section of the 3 section pole bent. I replaced it with an extra section I had. It bent again this year. The poles are properly lagged into my concrete patio. They are not loose. Each joint in the sections were tightened with a pipe wrench. Last year I tightened the sail and it kept bending the pole. This year I left is snug but not tight. Same thing the pole is bent.
I have left a phone message and used the online contact twice just asking for advice on how to remedy. Not looking for money or free stuff. Still being ghosted. No call no emails in junk or anywhere.
My option at this point is to can the $2500 I spent and try to find another way to shade part of my pool deck.
I think their sails are OK but I don’t recommend the stainless steel poles. From a customer support perspective, I recommend you steer clear of the company.

My husband told me that we needed to get some kind of installation hardware for the sun shade that we ordered from this company. I went ahead and ordered the "Rectangle / Square Sun Shade Sail Winch Installation Complete Hardware Kit × 1" kit on Friday May 23. When my husband returned home he told me this item was not going to work. I immediately tried calling this same day, May 23, but got a message that the company was now closed and would not reopen until the following Monday which would be a major holiday. This same May 23 day I immediately emailed the company and also left phone messages to please cancel the order.
Meanwhile they sent the item out on Sunday May 25, a day they were supposed to be closed. Then Monday was a holiday and the item was dropped off on Tuesday. I emailed the company. I explained the details of requesting a cancellation 2 days prior to the shipment date and asked for a return shipping label. They stated that I had to return the product at my expense. I was told I should have refused the order, which I couldn't do because we had to leave out of town.
I don't think this is fair to me.

I am having extreme trouble getting a hold of customer service to get support

I contacted ColourTree as I needed a custom-sized Sun Shade Sail within a week before my daughter‘s graduation party. ColourTree manufactured and shipped our unique, triangular~sized Sail within six days. This company is very responsive in the needs of the customer and the quality of their product is exceptional. Thank You so much for coming through for us!

The third time ordering and each one was as needed. Durable, Stand up to weather but not human mistakes.

hard to tell at this time. Havent recieved my purchase yet. Fed-Ex isnt a very speed freight hauler.
