I really rate colour frog. Everything arrives perfect and fast. A really good company to deal with and the products are really good. I bought magnet signs for my vehicle and my stickers with my logo on which I’m very pleased with.

However, we did advise prior to production that the artwork submitted was of low quality and could lead to pixelation when printed at the requested size. We also invited you to provide higher-resolution artwork to achieve a better finish. As no updated files were received, we proceeded with the original artwork as approved.
As a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to offer a discount on a reprint should you wish to supply higher-resolution artwork, and we’d be glad to assist in checking the files beforehand to ensure the best possible outcome.

Such a professional Company
Just did a simple google search and found that Colour Frog was on my doorstep. Was able to go and tell them exactly what I wanted and I had received email before I got home. What was promised was delivered, a very professional organisation, and I will be using them again for other projects.

The customer service received was impeccable. Unfortunately the website UI was pretty bad, to the point where the only way to process and make an order was to get a direct email to the sales team. As annoying as that was Travis was so incredibly attentive and helpful and the product I received was fantastic that I will use them again for sure. Would have been 5 stars but the website really wasn’t great.
