The hair product did what i bought it for, to color hair👍

Shocking customer service, wish I’d read the reviews before I purchased an expensive bamboo blind. This has broken so I can’t use it and I can’t get anyone from the company to respond to email. I’m disgusted with them.

I wanted a warm orange fall like color. My end result was a dark burgundy. Nothing like the survey said or read.

Nice product, terrible customer service. I reactivated my subscription, and requested that the product be delivered now, rather than a month out.

Afterwards, I received an email about my subscription noting that I'd receive the product a month out, but if I want it now, go back to the website and select "send now." So I did. Then I get confirmation that I'm getting two orders "now."

Spoke with customer service, the woman was rude. Not helpful. I then got an email response that essentially said that since I put the order in twice, I had to take it and would be charged.

Good customer service is essential for online purchases. The lack of clarity on the website and in the email lead to my double order. I have lost trust in this company.

I'd give zero stars if I could -- not for the product itself, which is actually pretty nice, but for the customer service. I spent hours (literally 4-5 hours of my life) trying to get the correct developer when they sent me the wrong one. After several phone calls and arguments, they finally agreed to send me the right developer. 2 weeks later, when it hadn't arrived, I called again.

Not only did they NOT send me the proper developer, their snide, incompetent, rude customer service agents acted as if I was in the wrong the entire time.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND HOURS OF TIME ON THE PHONE FEELING LIKE YOU ARE TAKING CRAZY PILLS

I had virtual consult with colorist and was sent a haircolor that was completely wrong. I requested a refund because they said if you aren't happy with color, 100 percent refund, no response. Its been weeks. Terrible.

They send me an order which I didn’t do! I received the bank payment but I never authorized any of it and I also didn’t do any order!!!What the hell is this service!!!

I found the customer service to be great and it's great to be able to see and speak to a colorist. But unfortunately, neither the demi nor permanent color covered the gray- washed out with one shampoo. But it is easy and inexpensive so it's worth a try.

Worst customer service ever. First order arrived late, second order never arrived. Call center are giving wrong information and nobody is taking care of my continuous requests. Don’t propose subscriptions to costumers if you cannot deal with them. Really disappointed.

Easy checkout process and quickly-responding customer service; the online consultation was great for determining a custom hair color and the process was really straightforward!
