Love the glasses, this is my second pair, my first pair was ordered about a year ago. I wear them every day and they are still just as good as the first day.

Edit: I'm editing my previous response to make it clear that I take full responsibility for letting Lindsay down. Lindsay is right - 4 days is too long to wait for a response from us. Yes, I'm in charge of every aspect of the business, work 70+ hour weeks, and was inundated with work over that time frame, but those are excuses, not solutions. We were wrong to allow an email to go unanswered for 4 days. It's on us to get this fixed and moving forward we'll be developing a plan to ensure 48 response on all customer service communication. Thank you for calling us out and best of luck in the future. :)
Edit 2: We will not be adding phone support back at this time. We just don't have the man power for set customer support hours right now, but that will absolutely be a change we make when we're large enough. Thank you for the suggestion.

When I opened these sunglasses I was in awe...I was so happy and couldn't wait to give this gift. As you could only imagine they were in love too. The glasses were exactly as ordered. Very helpful customer service, my package wasn't delivered when it was supposed to be but they resolved it right away and were very friendly. Will definitely purchase again.
