Very poor! I wrote to Coloplast HQ on 25 November and received a confirmation email confirming receipt and that a response would be sent shortly. I'm still waiting for that response...

Coloplast has a very high turnover of staff and has tried very hard to try to differentiate their older products from new products but at seen as ‘me too’. I believe that the was companies treat staff says a lot about them including how they treat staff who are pregnant

Due to multiple spinal surgeries, I am unable to void my bladder and need help. The choices offered two years ago were either a stoma bag strapped to my waist or man-sized nappies. However, seeing the reaction produced by these options, my brilliant urinary consultant Mr Raj-at Lincoln Hospital offered me the opportunity to -self-catheterize. And so my salvation from the unpalatable began. Coloplast and their life-changing product, The Luja catheter,clean, hygienic, and simple to use. Slip it into your male urinary tract and whoosh, your bladder empties into whichever receptacle you choose. When you're done it neatly folds into itself and can be reinserted into its original protective bag and sealed for disposal.

Life-changing for me, with 4 or 5 uses every 24 hours.
Yes, it means I go to bed with no plastic sheets, no nappies, having drained my bladder before bed and in 6 to 8 hours, I wake to wee and start my day. relieved. Coloplast is OUTSTANDING IN ITS SUPPORT and shepherd me through the not-always-smooth NHS reordering of a monthly prescription, going so far as to step in with emergency deliveries of the amazing LUJA when the not-infrequent hiccup of wrong prescription occurs. So this is a public thank you to a team at Coloplast that is giving me dry nights and dignified days.
