I cancelled subscription in June, had confirmation. But come August had notification of shipment and payment taken despite the confirmation.
Refusal to stop shipment and return payment even though their error.
Not at all impressed.

This product is crap
This product is crap, it doesn't really work and when you try and cancel the membership they want to charge you money for it. They won’t even accept a return for a refund. Customer service is non-existent, good luck trying to get ahold of anyone.

I was charged for a 3 month subscription and emailed customer service right away. I was told they could not refund me or cancel the order. But moving forward they could cancel the subscription. However, the items had not sipped yet. I got the shipment notification after my communication with customer service. So they’re choosing to take my money and sending me product that doesn’t work, that I do not want anyways. Don’t waste your money. It doesn’t work anyways

Don't bother.
If you live outside the USA then there is no guarantee that your product will arrive before you run out of your previous order. You will however be charged for the next lot even before the last one has got to you. I never got an option for a one off purchase and whilst talking to customer "support" I am treated like an idiot with "let me explain" and " we know your time is important". Do some research and buy a similar product off amazon.

Didn’t work as expected or hoped for.
The product worked at cleaning me out and increasing my regularity. However, it did not result in me losing any weight. In fact, I went the other way and gained weight. I tried it for several months with no results in the positive.

I was under the impression I made a one…
I was under the impression I made a one time purchase, and was actually auto opted into a quarterly recurring charge. I have had nearly a dozen interactions back and forth sending screen shots of charges in my credit cards, order IDs, and requests to stop charging my account. The insist my account is closed, and suggest I may have had 2 accounts. They however “can’t pull up my address and deactivate any subscription associated with that address.” It’s turned into more frustration of dealing with a company that refuses to let you cancel. I get customer retention is important, but I also value dealing with customer service reps that actually are capable of handling duties other than selling more product. At this point it seems my only option is to cancel thst card and get a new one.
