Delivery issues
Delivery, not your fault but please do not use DHL certainly in our area they are an absolute nightmare. Package should have been delivered Friday only to receive a ln email to say sorry you weren’t in. I work from home, my wife and daughter were home plus I have cameras at the front of the house and 3 dogs in the hallway. They didn’t try to make any delivery. I have emailed DHL who promise to reply next working day, 7 days latter still nothing. I do now have the parcel as I managed to get delivered to a pickup point, but unless you have other delivery service options sadly will not use Collins Nets again.

I am very sorry to hear about the poor delivery service experienced by DHL. We also use Parcelforce, DPD, Fedex, Royal Mail and our pallet courier companies Wyvern Cargo, Pallex and Logic for larger orders.
If you do choose to shop with us again we can make sure to not use DHL.
