Colleys Pools and spas on-going help after the sale and installation of my pool has been awesome. The installation was 8 yrs ago and went without a hitch. Since then, their service, products, and desk help [on the phone or in the store] has been a life saver. When I follow their advice the pool is always sparkling! I strongly recommend them.
A special shout out to their store on Transit who are highly knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with.

My husband and I purchased an inground pool from Colley in 2014 with a salt system and electric heater. We have been loyal customers paying Colley hundreds of dollars to open and close our pool. When we purchased our salt system we were told by the salesman that eventually the salt cell would have to be replaced and were advised the cost of the new cell would be $300-400..
We are getting a signal that our salt system is not right. We called Colley. A technician came out and said the water tested perfect, the cord was perfect, and the salt cell was generating salt. He made several phone calls and told he THINKS it MAY be the cell but isn’t sure. He want to put in a new cell to check it. If it doesn’t work, then we don’t have to pay for the cell and if it does work, we have to pay $849!!!!! So they aren’t sure if it is the problem and we have to pay double the cost of a cell to find out.
The online price of the same exact cell is $429. What a scam. Canceling our pool closing and are finished with Colley.
DO NOT PURCHASE A POOL FROM THIS COMPANY NOR CALL THEM FOR SERVICE.

We just moved to Buffalo and the first thing I wanted was a hot tub. My wife and I went to all of the main hot tub dealers to learn about the brands. Colley's hands down was the most honest and most thorough in terms of teaching me knowledge. I just wanted someone to tell me the truth about their product. Charlie from Colley's was that guy. Came out for install, spa school and I have called him about "dumb" first-time hot tub questions. The difference between these tubs is minimal, it's the store that supports it that will have the biggest impact on your experience.

From the start Colleys was great to work with. The pool went in fast and looks beautiful! The crew keep the pool sparkling all summer. I know the pool will last for years with the care from Colleys!
