The experience was perfect throughout all the process of the purchase. I wasn't sure which bag I would buy and I sent an email with some questions and CC team answered in less than 24 hours in a very kind way. Then, I bought a beautiful Saumur LV and it took 11 days for it to arrive (I'm from Portugal). As it was taking a bit long, I sent an email, and again, the CC team answered quickly and assured me everything was ok. The only thing I would recommend is for CC team alert the clients that the bag is going to a pick up point instead of the address - it was what happened to me. Apart from that, the bag was even better than what I thought, the customer service is perfect, and I will buy more from CC for sure! Thank you for making my dream come true! <3

Bag arrived nicely packaged, it took longer than expected but I still got it to Germany within a week.
When I was checking out, it did say I’ll get a gift of leather wax but that was not included in the package.
