Excellent poster, I didn't get one at the show, happy that I saw on your website.

The T - shirt which is listed at $35.00 had no other option for delivery other than one day shipment at a higher price so that made the item $50.00. The only problem with that is that it did not come overnight or even 2 days later it came over a week later and now I'm out $50.00 for a $35.00 item that was not delivered as promised. I would never buy another thing from this company again this is a scam

Of course there is no way to reply to the owners comment below so I'm placing my response to his response right here. Listen up buddy one day delivery is still not 2 days deliver which is what you just admitted. You overcharged me for something that didnt happend. I ordered the shirt Thursday I should have received it Friday but instead it came a few days later and dont say it's because of the weekend no mail on sunday theres Friday and Saturday

I couldn't have gotten a more perfect selection of posters. Since they were random, I anticipated perhaps getting a couple of good ones and a couple I wasn't interested in but all 4 were absolutely spot on!

I ordered a poster on March 08, 2022 and did not hear anything from Collectionzz until June 16, 2022 when it finally shipped. Collectionz needs to do a better job communicating about where an order is at every step of the process. Especially if the order is coming months after it was ordered. I spent a lot of time stressed out wondering where my order was or what its status was or if it was gonna just show up unexpectedly and get stolen. Then suddenly I got a rush of emails right about the time it arrived. Not cool. I will not order from this site ever again. Shame because the product is beautiful and exactly what I ordered.

Straight up liars. I kept copies of all the emails and messages I sent regarding their lack of service they promised. There were several occasions THEY ignored me. That is noted at least twice. Other reviews here attest to the way they do business responses. They sent me messages from 2 FB accounts and I didn't know who the actual persons account was as first--no idea who this dude was and no introduction. After so many attempts to get proper service, there is no reason why it's my responsibility to make you do your job. I reached out more than enough times. I wanted nothing else to do with your lame-ass empty promises which you gave about 4x already. Note: this @sshat managed to remember me seconds after the first review posted to send me a message of FB. So you know what you did. Nice try trying to pretend I did anything wrong or that I was the one who dropped the ball. Any idea what service recovery is? And why the hell does is matter what the print was for? Has nothing to do with your lack of skill or ability to run a business. Get over yourself.

First print I ordered of course is high quality. No dings or bends. Perfect. Looks great framed and on the wall. The next two prints are from the stadium tour. Just received one also high quality but still waiting for the other one. Production is slow. Once shipped you get it in around 3 to 5 days. Can't wait to get my other one ordered 3 weeks ago.

Took over a month to ship items, didn’t respond to multiple customer service emails, and packed four posters in a 2” or 3” tube.

I absolutely love your products the only issue I have is I think a little more communication on project status including maybe some updates along the way would truly be helpful and build more repeat business I like feedback and updates.

All of them are high quality. I've purchased both from the website and the specialty posters for the locations of the Motley Crue and Def Leppard Stadium tour. The quality and customer service is always amazing. I look forward to seeing future designs. The only downside I have found is that some of the posters are odd sizes and require purchasing custom frames. However, this will not discourage me from potentially buying future designs.

Shopping, buying, and shipping were great, poster was even better. Definitely buying more.
