The company refunded my purchase when learning that I was not satisfied with the condition of my mystery tube posters. I am thankful for their responsiveness. It is evident that customer satisfaction is a high priority of theirs. I look forward to buying more prints from them.

The Cure poster is really beautiful. The time it took to receive it was long, but they reached out to us and explained what the delay/hold up was. So worth the wait!

Terrible service, I placed an order at the end of May and I still have not received it, I've sent various messages and only one was answered. They have stopped responding, but they did charge my credit card. Send me the poster or refund me my money! Last time I deal with this company.

There’s no updates on orders when half is delivered and the other half will be available, long lead time after an order is placed and it ships. The order should be accepted and charged when it ships not pay and wait for 2 months.

i like that they give notice on their drops in enough time to actually be able to score. plus, they are just a smart company.

Artwork is shipped in the thickest tube I received. More like pipe than cardboard for maximum protection. Regardless, UPS successfully damaged (bent) it leaving creases in the merchandise. I sent photos back in reply to Collectionzz's delivery notification and immediately got a response. They were not at fault and take steps to avoid problems like this but they owned it and made it right. Seriously good to find a company that operates like this. Thank you!

I generally don't write bad reviews--there is the rest of the world for that. I do like to give positive reviews though, when warranted. I have purchased 4 posters at Iconic. Their prices are fair; the packaging, first rate; and the customer service, awesome. They are the new guys on the block, but they will be the only guys at the rate they are going.

Great posters love the artwork. They are a great buy a mystery tubs are assume !!
