I bought a lovely see through umbrella. The umbrella itself is fantastic, everything you would want and windproof.
However the stitching on the handle is very uncomfortable and cuts into your hand.

I have used their umbrellas for years and after one of the handles broke they helped me to get a replacement handle.

I have had 3 excellent umbrellas over the years and any small issues are resolved efficiently and effectively by Wayne. Company is a pleasure to deal with and umbrellas are the best I have ever owned.

We use Collar and Cuffs London umbrellas (storm and compact) - have done for a number of years. The umbrellas are dependable and aesthetically very pleasing. Any time any issues arose, the company was very professional and helpful and resolved the matter kindly and promptly.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I contacted the company about a minor issue with my umbrella over the weekend and received a reply almost immediately and the problem has already been resolved. Unrivalled customer service and such brilliant quality items. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Fantastic customer service. Excellent quality products, that really do stand up to strong winds, without breaking. Despite me making contact on a Sunday afternoon, I received a quick response with a resolution to my problem within minutes. Wayne was very helpful and courteous throughout our email exchange. Ordered some cuff links and and hip flasks for our wedding for gifts. Products very good quality. There was some damage to one of the boxes and collar and cuffs went above and beyond to ensure the issue was quickly resolved. I was very happy with the products and customer service. Would definitely use again

I've had a Collar and Cuffs umbrella for several years: it's sturdy, does the job, and looks the business. After I lost the sheath cover, I contacted them to ask about buying a replacement - and they responded within a day sending me one with their compliments. So great product and superb service; cannot recommend highly enough.

I sent an email about replacing a lost product and they responded in a matter of hours, sending me the replacement that day. Very good service and not something customers experience enough of these days.

Very helpful customer support, expedited shipping, and beautiful product. I would highly recommend this!

purchased the two best umbrellas I have ever had and I am elderly. They are the only ones ever to withstand gales and rain. The multicoloured one draws many comments and is so cheerful. Black for somber occasions. Wish I had known about them years ago.

An absolutely fantastic company to have the pleasure to deal with. Their customer service department goes above and beyond to help the customer in a charming and very courteous manner. Cannot rate highly enough - charming staff and faultless dedication to customer service. I lost one cufflink from a set and despite it being from 2021 they managed to find a replacement and send it free of charge. I’d give six stars if I could!
