This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. After being contacted for a shipment, I was asked to pay additional unexpected fees after already sending €600. Every time I complied, they invented a new excuse to request even more money, including a so-called “mandatory insurance” that was never mentioned at the beginning.
They provided contradictory tracking information: my package was supposed to go from France to Milan, but suddenly they said it was “in Madrid” with no logical explanation. Each time I asked for proof, I received only vague answers and no real verifiable documentation.
They also sent suspicious photos as “proof,” which clearly looked manipulated. When I asked for proper verification, they avoided answering directly and kept repeating that I had to pay more before delivery.
This is a classic advance-fee scam: they keep asking for more money and never deliver anything. No transparency, no real customer support, and no accountability.
I have now reported everything to the authorities and to fraud monitoring platforms.
