It now seems to be impossible to get onto a Tai Chi class unless you get up at 6am. Perhaps, the booking time could be changed to a more reasonable time! A couple of weeks ago the whole system crashed as there were too many people trying to book onto the class.

The parking and booking classes is a joke with all the new members you now have. With the number of members you now have, can you get rid of the number of parking spaces used by Ferry Works so your members can use the parking spaces.

Dear [Gym Manager / Team],

Dear [Gym Manager / Team],

I want to raise a concern about the difficulty of booking classes lately, as they appear to be fully booked by around 6:10 am each day. This makes it very challenging for many members to regularly access booking for sessions. I have started setting my alarm for 6 AM each morning to book a class, especially a yoga class. Surely I hate to wake myself that early merely to book a gym class! I have been a member of Colets for the last 25 years or so and have never experienced such a rat-race effect in securing a booking for my favourite class.
At the same time, the car park appears to be overflowing, making it very difficult to reach the class on time. I wonder what the gym's total capacity is, in terms of the number of clients in the building per hour? Are you treading on the borderlines of health and safety guidelines?
I appreciate how popular the classes are, but I would be grateful if you could review capacity, scheduling, or booking limits to make access fairer for all members.
I must say that I am totally disappointed in your current approach to increasing the number of clients, which shows a total disregard for the comfort and suitability of your esteemed clients.
Thank you for your kind attention.

We love Colets

We’ve been members for more than 3 years. I love Colets! It’s more than a gym.

I love their group classes and the cutting room. My son loves private swimming classes, he’s started attending more than a year and a half ago. We love the Basil cafe and all surroundings (fields, etc). Good vibes. Nice personnel. Highly recommended!

Family gathering.

Today we had a family gathering to celebrate the first birthday of my grandson.
Selina reserved tables and Kerry provided the delicious food.
Everything was perfect! The staff were so very kind, friendly and helpful.
Having such a fabulous outdoor space also added to the experience as the little ones were able to let off steam.
Couldn’t have asked for a better venue.
Thank you everyone!
Gillian.

I’m very happy with Colets

I’m very happy with Colets. I’ve tried the other local gyms in the area and found this to be the best. The other gyms in this area either had limited classes or crazy waiting lists to get on the classes. At Colets you can usually get on the classes quite easily and they have a good variety. They pool and squash courts are excellent. Also, really love the junior membership for my kids, especially for 13+.
