Great desk, great price, great delivery!

Ordered a desk from them in May (Teknik laptop desk in oiled oak). I found it listed on a few other competitor sites under a few different names, but Coleman had the best price by far (Wayfair was selling it for over £100 more). I checked Coleman group's feefo page (this is where they normally have their reviews) and was encouraged enough to give them a try. Delivery took approx. a week, and the delivery man from the company they used even brought the pack upstairs for us. Desk assembled as expected and looks fantastic. Great experience overall! Only critique: delivery info is in the footer of the website, so it's a little difficult to find without some searching.

GREAT SERVICE!

Impressed! Purchased a Mother's Day gift at the very last minute, Every other company I tried could not guarantee delivery in time. These guys assured me and posted immediately, great price, fantastic service. Thank you :)

Order not delivered at a reasonable time

Ordered a printer yesterday for next day delivery. Was supposed to be delivered today before 6.00 pm. Fedex UK now inform me the delivery time is now 12.00 am MIDNIGHT! Fedex phone number not manned and option to change delivery day/time was not available. I am off to bed soon, not waiting up until midnight and if it gets pinched off my front step it's not my fault. I should have paid a bit more and ordered from Amazon.

Flawless service

Flawless service! I was a bit apprehensive of using the website as I had never ordered with them before, but I saw that their Colemans sister site has good reviews so I went for it, and I'm so glad I did!

I was able to get an item that wasn't available on other sites in UK and it was delivered Next Day with both Christmas and Covid going on. I think free next day delivery on orders over £25 is great value and the even wrapped my item in tissue paper with festive tape to stop it getting scuffed. Thank you Coleman Group!

Excellence from dissapointment

I used this company to order a Moleskine 2021 diary, as a leaving gift for a work colleague, who was leaving our employment. This lady writes with a fountain pen, as do I, and she had commented on my diary and the paper quality.
My usual go to stationer did not have the one I wanted in stock, hence I tried Coleman , after reading reviews.
The transaction online was smooth and efficient, but the next working day cost of delivery, I thought was a bit expensive, as it was just two pounds less than the cost of the diary and took the total cost to, forty two pounds. I am not a cheapskate, its a work colleague ! Come on...

Anyway, I wanted the service, I do live in the North of Scotland and figured, you get what you pay for. This was Sunday and the package should have been next working day, obviously if ordered on a working day and so I figured Tuesday, which would be great as my colleague leaves Wednesday.
The parcel never arrived and I contacted Coleman via their online form, to explain and asked for a refund of some of the postage cost, as clearly I wasn't getting the parcel next working day.
This is their reply:

Thank you for your email, I am so sorry about this. We shipped this out on Monday so it should have been with you on Tuesday. I have just escalated it with Fedex and they are looking into it as it is still at their depot in inverness. We will, of course, refund you the total shipping charge. You will not be charged anything for shipping as this is not acceptable.
When I hear back from Fedex I will update you.
Please accept my sincerest apology.

I think that this goes above and beyond what I asked for and is excellent customer service and demonstrates to me, that they value their customers.
They responded in a timeous fashion, exceeded my expectations, explained that they would monitor the situation and feedback to me and I have just checked and they have refunded the postage, as they said they would. Really, what more could one ask?
Unfortunately, due to no fault of Coleman, the parcel is still not here, but in a FedEx depot in Inverness. And it turns out, my work colleague is hanging on till the end of the week, No not for her diary!!! But to help out and finish a few things.
So thank you Coleman, thank you Joey for addressing and resolving my concerns, and I can assure you, I will be back for my inks, paper and anything else I think you may have that I need.
