I bought a pair of shoes that I didn't like the quality of. I asked for a refund and they said fine but you have to send the shoes back to here:

It cost me £10 to return as they don't pay for the postage,

SCAM!

Avoid at all costs. Like the other reviews have said, the items are cheap bits of rubbish from china that look nothing like the image, stating they are a uk based company and then telling you to return to china on your own dime or accept a 10-% refund. Disgusting customer service and a British phone number that doesn’t exist if you try to call. Avoid avoid avoid

I ordered a hoodie from this company. When the item arrived it was nothing like the image or description and really poor quality material. I emailed to make a return, the response advised me to return at my cost to China! Or accept a 10% refund. I objected and pointed at that the “about us” page would lead you to think the company was UK based as it shows a Covent Garden address. I was then offered 20%. I believe the website is misleading. The quality of the item I received was poor. I would not recommend

I would avoid this company. I don't even want to give them 1 star. The clothing they advertise is not what you get, what you will recieve is very poor quality and definitely not worth the money you paid. You will only be offered 20% refund or return the goods to china at your cost. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
