Ordered COLDSINS JACK THE RIPPER shoes for $230. I sent several emails, each with a reply that they would arrive. It's now been 22 weeks and I still haven't received any shoes, and no communication whatsoever. I'm not saying you shouldn't order from them, but you should use your own judgment.
Regarding customer service, please contact me to have my shoes delivered as soon as possible, or I'll issue a refund to my AMEX Centurion credit card.
