Honestly wish I could give the 0 stars...

DON’T try and order from them on the launch of a new collection...it’s an absolute car crash.

When the website FINALLY goes live with the new collection after a 30 minute wait from the stated launch time on all their socials, most of the items are out of stock still or the website just decides to glitch showing the price as 0.00?

Another thing is the descriptions of the products...some of the descriptions are a little lack lustre.

Although the photography is good and all, is it too much to ask for some close ups of the products so we can get an idea of the fabrics and materials before we order as well, you can’t even zoom in to see them, just a photo of the model doing a post with the products styled!

Also, from previous experiences with the god audio returns process for this store, where last time it took them TWO MONTHS to refund the returned goods, please give us a size guide for each individual item so there’s is a slight idea of the fit of the product.

Just be careful when ordering from them, be sure about the size and you’ve been warned about the returns process...

I order wait 1.5 month and I message them ask where my stuff is. They say its coming. So I wait 1 more month I message again, no reply. I am a patient person, but I spend 400$ and don't get the goods that is unacceptable.

Order on 26th December and received my item over a month later in late January.
Emails were infrequent and barely replied to. Responses were blunt and often rude.
The item arrived in a tattered and half opened box after several emails from me trying to cancel and refund my order.
Sent it back immediately and was told to wait up to 15 days for a refund.
After 30 plus emails with barely any responses and no reasons why my refund was delayed, I finally received my refund in early March, over 6 weeks later!!!
Seriously recommend no one to buy from this unorganised company.
The product is not good quality and is bought from a Chinese wholesale site for a fraction of the price. It’s a scam!

Trouble getting a refund? Report them to Trading Standards UK and give them reviews.

We are still(!!) waiting... Ordered 12/28/19 and Coldlaundry keep joking us. If (!) they answar on mails, they say that "the order is now on its way", but they won't tell us the order number.

Ordered an item on the 7th of November. 22th December (!) I got an email from them saying that it was sold out and they had started a refund. Have been in contact with them (even though they ignore most of my emails) asking where my money is, as of 5th February no refund has come through. They states that they are having issues with refunding money, and if they refund too much their bank will flag it as suspicious (😅).

It seems to me that they have on purpose sold too much of the same products (it's not just me that has this issue) and refusing to refund. Making up silly mistakes.

Their marketing and clothing seems nice, but you can buy these clothes elsewhere (they buy most of their stuff on Taobao and replace the tags). The customer service is the worst, the quality is nothing special and they have scammed me.

Think twice before making a purchase.

BTW they have deleted their Facebook page cause it got bad reviews. They also keep changing their website so you can't track it down here.
