They don't actually stand by their…
They don't actually stand by their guarantee policies. I purchased 3, one right away disconnected from the cap so wasn't even fixable. They refused to answer or do anything. The price you pay, the quality is not there. If your unit uses a straw, it doesn't stay cold at all. MOLD grows soooo badly in them. Glad I never bought a dark color. It's horrid, and impossible to clean. Just overnight too. Harder to clean. Customer service is horrid. My handle came lose too, and they kept telling me to tighten the screws, but it won't because the tread is off. Sellers mistake, wouldn't exchange. Just like any other new invention, they'll take the money from the people that started them, but won't honor you in return. Sad.
Merchandise is never in stock
Their ads are all over social media claiming to keep things cold for hours in even in the hottest conditions. Maybe they do, but you'll never find out. The advertised water bottles never seem to be in stock. You'll receive email always telling you some reason for the delay, but you'll never get for what you've paid. Customer service is only available via email. While they're fairly quick to respond (about 24 hours), you'll just get canned answers telling you your order will ship in a month or two. The maddening part is you'll keep getting email and text messages from them saying your product is back in stock. At this point, I'm beginning to doubt the product exists. Save yourself the time and aggravation. Buy from someone else.
