This company will take your money and then not perform. When you ask for a refund, they will lie to you and tell you that they have been running your campaign for 1-2 weeks, but there are no leads, reports, or communications to prove their claims. Once you do get them on the phone (takes forever) they will tell you that they are processing you a full refund and to expect it in 5-7 days. Which is also a lie because I have been waiting for much more than that and have seen nothing. I am not the only person they have lied to and scammed. They are forcing people to request charge backs with their banks. That is VERY bad business!!!

Colddial is supposed to provide VAs (virtual assistants) for cold calling. The niche Im in is real estate and their VAs were supposed to be trained particularly for this niche. Im in a mentorship where the company was suggested to be used and many people signed up. We were all lied to several times about the start date, kept being pushed back, which initially wasn’t a big issue but after paying $800/m for each VA and almost a month in, not being able to track the work they allegedly performed, not having any leads when we were supposed to get 1-2 daily, and ignoring emails to cancel the service. Better companies out there. Definitely stay away from this one.
