A fantastic weekend of riding! Would definitely recommend. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the choice of Hotel down to the detailed planning of the routes, even when the weather was "biblical" at the top of Ventoux there was an instant plan B.
From nutrition to bike maintenance, nothing is left to chance.

This is the 5th cycling trip that I have been on with Col Conquerors. Everyone of them have been excellent and this was no exception.
The routes in Corsica were challenging and with exceptional scenery. As usual the organisation, support and encouragement from Rob, Karen and Mike was second to none.

Great organisation from Colconquerors - first rate cycling holiday with full support, great guiding / coaching and world class destinations.
Really great route and wonderful roads.

Really enjoyed the week.
The routes were challenging yet very doable.
The scenery in Corsica is fantastic.
The rides are very well supported.
The hotels were good. Bit quiet as end of season in Corsica and sun setting just a bit too early to enjoy it round some of the hotel pools.
I would say more rolling lunches would be better and maybe more options with the evening meals (where to eat and what to eat).
Overall, cannot fault the efforts of Rob, Karen and Mike. Would certainly recommend Col Conquerors for a supported bike tour overseas.

Just returned from another fantastic week with Colconquerors. Can't thank Rob and Karen enough for the support and encouragement i needed to climb these magnificent mountains.
Despite the landslides Mother Nature presented us with, my bucket list climbs were still achievable with the local knowledge and organisational skills of the Colconquerors team.
Travelling across the world to climb the Stelvio and Gavia passes to be told they were closed is not what you wanted to hear. This was not a problem for the guests of the Colconquerors.
Once again thank you and I'll see you on the next trip.

I went on the Italian Alps week with Colconquerors in Sept 2019. Rob and his team's prior research and knowledge of the daily routes was evident; with timely provision (whilst riding with the group) of information and comment on the riding aspects and road quality as well as the meeting /lunch places. Road books also covered the daily schedules in detail and were discussed before each day. Rob was willing and able to provide coaching info/tips for me and others. Hotel, facilities transfers and all meals etc were top notch. Over all, an excellent cycling trip.

I've just completed my third cycling holiday with Colconquerors and it is no coincidence that I keep coming back - they consistently deliver superb cycling holidays. Their attention to detail and quality of service is amazing - great cycling routes, luxurious accommodation, fabulous food, comprehensive support and good company.

In particular, the support given to the riders is first class - including detailed mapping and directions, lots of advice and encouragement, pre-planned stops at tried and tested cafes and restaurants, at least two guides riding with us, plus a support vehicle carrying supplies, tools and spare kit. With all this taken care of we could relax and really enjoy the riding.

For this trip, the Italian Alps week, they were forced to contend with several major road closures due to landslides. Colconquerors were well informed and gave all of the guests prior warning. They consulted with the guests and re-planned the routes to get us around the road closures and still deliver the essential climbs we had all come for. Many other cyclists visiting the area had their holidays badly disrupted by these issues, but not us.

I had a fabulous time both on and off the bike and I'm already planning my next holiday with Colconquerors.

My third and probably my best trip yet with Col Conquerors. Rob has excellent routes and despite enforced road closures always has a plan B which is equally as good/tough. The hotel used on the Italian Alps trip is superb, safe cycle storage room with stands, tools and air all available for use. The support offered by Rob and Karen during the rides is first class and lets you relax and enjoy in full the cycling experience. A great trip, wonder where I'll go next!

Even without the cycling this would be a premium escorted tour of some really spectacular bits of France. The guides, Rob & Karen, can't do enough for their clients. No problem too big or small to overcome. A lot of thought has gone into these trips. The route taking you to pretty French villages where you stay in relaxing bespoke family run hotels and enjoying fine french dining in good company.
....and then there is the cycling. 6 days of awesome cycling heaven. High cols, fast twisty descents, hairpins, gorges, tunnels, smooth fast roads and finishing with a high upon Mont Ventoux.

Did the Alps Challenge, along with seven clubmates, in August 2019. From the moment we booked the trip, CC were exceptional in the service provided. A very easy reservation process, all initial inquiries promptly answered, detailed information about the itinerary prior to departure and a superbly professional service during the trip itself.

Once we arrived at the airport, Rob and Karen (and Mike and Kevin) were simply superb for the whole weekend. Always in great form, every request or query was dealt with immediately. Rob was excellent on the road in terms of knowledge, directions and morale, while Karen was simply outstanding in the support vehicle.

The hotels and food were great, and exactly what was needed after some tough days in the saddle.

I would happily travel with Col Conquerors again and would strongly recommend them to anyone thinking of doing one of their trips.

Very well organized. Everything is taken care of so all you have to do is focus on turning the pedals. Rob Karen and Mike were A1. Would definitely recommend.

Rob runs fantastic cycling trips. I did his Col Conquerors trip in the French Alps and would do it again in a heartbeat. A great mix of the Cols you have seen in the Tour de France and quieter, less known ones off the beaten path. Excellent accommodation and full vehicle support along the way for fluids, energy, clothing and coaching. Rob's experience and contacts allows him to sort out logistical hiccups, route changes and itinerary changes with little or no impact on his clients. I would highly recommend Rob and Col Conquerors to anyone who wants to do some serious riding in the Alps and be well taken care of along the way.

I spent a spectacular week in the Dolomites with Col Conquerors where absolutely everything ran with precision and excellence. The cycling routes and ride support on the road with Rob and Karen allowed me to complete challenging rides with confidence. I also appreciated Rob’s expertise and knowledge on everything cycling. Our accommodations and food had us rested and very well fed for our adventure the next day. Our week together is over and I am still smiling:)

Spent a memorable week with Colconquerers in the Alps and Haute Provence area. Rides were challenging, scenic, and well-supported: a mix of bucket-list climbing and some of the most lovely French terrain accessible by paved roads. Food stops and accommodations were equally well chosen to enhance the experience. As a bonus, I learned more about descending from Rob in five minutes than in my previous 20 years of riding. Highly recommended!

Great experience . Highly recommend. I will be a returning costumer for sure !
