I pre-ordered two BTS DVD sets from them and was really excited to get them, but to my horror, the box it arrived in was so damaged that it was basically open on one corner. The box honestly looked like it was too weak to handle such heavy dvd sets, I’m not sure why they packed it in this. I hoped that the damage didn’t extend to the products, but unfortunately the actual products were dented and one had a small bit torn and had ink marks on it.

I emailed them to get try to fix the situation and either get a refund or exchange (which I don’t really want to do because what’s stopping them from sending more damaged packages?), I spent a lot of money on this and the inadequate packaging was not excusable. They replied on the first day, but have not replied since despite me sending emails every day to check on what they are doing with the FedEx claim they said they would file. It has been almost five days of them not responding despite claiming they respond in 24 hours or less.

Once this situation has been resolved (if it ever will be), I will never shop with them again. Truly disappointing.

Update: After emailing them for a week straight, a response was finally sent once I said I would file a chargeback if they didn’t tell me if a claim was filed or not.

2nd update: Welp. They amount they offered for my refund comes out to about 1/8th of what I paid. Will never purchase from this company again; they don’t care about their customers or respect your money.

Final update: They didn’t even want to give the refund they offered lmao I had to say I’d do a chargeback AGAIN to prompt them to send that fraction of what I paid. Don’t waste your time buying from this company.

I’ve ordered from Cokodive 4 times now, due to other places not shipping to the UK (Weverse etc) - I’ve had great experiences so far, my 3rd order is currently on the way and due on Monday. My 4th order is a pre order and I can only expect the same standard when it releases.

The only downfall is, pricing is slightly more expensive but take into consideration that the merch is legit and being ordered on our behalf of being unable to get it from the direct sites.

Can’t wait for my next orders! 🥰

I have always had good experiences with cokodive they always send out my orders really quickly normally takes about 2-3 days after I place my order for fedex to pick them up then another 4-5 days for it to arrive which is pretty quick especially with it being shipped from South korea 🇰🇷
They helped me out with a mistake I made on writing the wrong address as I was moving house and placed the wrong address they got back to me the next morning and sorted it out where very helpful and kind and did things professionally

i have never actually had a good experience from cokodive. everytime i have purchased an item i end up getting an email a month later telling me they do not have any of that item left (i dont understand why it would take them that long) and they never refund me my full amount. i now took a chance and ordered some albums with pobs, which took 2 months to even ship out (when they were released about a week after id ordered them) and they did not even come with the preorder cards, basically an extra £20 i have spent and they will end up with the reply “we didnt have anymore in stock”.

I have spent over £70 on a album which has never come! I have sent 4 emails to them asking for a refund and not heard anything back! I’m so angry

Received a Itzy Lightstick which doesn't work and they never answered to my email when I asked for refund. And in another order I never received the product they refunded me less than 1€ for an order of 25€ what a joke !!

I recently ordered from Cokodive and my experience was great. I live in the UK and it only took a week to be delivered and I could track my package the whole time. It was packaged well so there was no damage. I also didn’t get any customs charges thankfully. Would recommend :)

There were some difficulties with my order, but customer service was really friendly and solved the problem quickly. The product arrived in the best condition, well packaged and fast, and I love it! Its super pretty, I would recommend it!

Shipping take too long and the package was damaged

Don't think I'll shop here again. I've ordered from this shop twice and I've decided to not be a return customer for the reasons listed below.

Pros: The merch here is legit, they sell official merchandise. Customer service is very responsive too, they normally respond within a day or two.

Cons: I've ordered twice from this store and in both cases, they took a long time to pack and ship my order. The first time I purchased an in-stock item and it took a week for them to get my package ready for the courier. The second time I ordered a pre-order item, and it took them 2 weeks from the date of release before my package was given to the courier. I paid for express shipping so the shipment itself was very quick once FedEx got the package, but I'm sure most people who are paying for "express shipping" are hoping to receive their package quickly, so taking too long to process orders may defeat that purpose.

Also their prices are heavily marked up - I know they include shipping in their prices, but even when comparing the grand total (product + shipping) at various k-pop stores, Cokodive prices are certainly pricier that than those of its competitors. If you live in a country that applies duties and taxes to most incoming packages, be prepared for extra fees. I heard that it was less likely to be dinged by customs when shopping at this store, but it is not true. I was charged $25 in duties and taxes for my last order and on top of the high price markups, I ended up paying way more than I would have if I shopped from Weverse or another third-party seller.

Conclusion: Will not be returning to this store, there are many other third party sellers/store who charge cheaper prices, cheaper shipping (for the same express service) and faster package handling times.

Ive ordered from cokodive a few times and each time ive received my items in good condition (and they do make it clear that a damaged outer case isnt cause for refunds) and customer service has replied and helped quite a bit. The only issue has been that its been very slow to get (UK) here compared to other people ive seen make reviews. I really do recommend them and i plan to place another order soon :)

Pre ordered TXT’s new album from cokodive with the lucky draw photocards. Waited over a month since the release of the album for my order to get cancelled today due to a system error whereby they didn’t have enough stock to fulfil my order? Absolutely ridiculous to make me wait over a month and then cancel my order, offering me a lousy 10% discount as compensation. Avoid!!

Edit: just wanted to add that they also delete 1 star reviews on their website - very shady

I have ordered a lot of expensive box sets on pre order. Every single order has arrived late and damaged with insufficent packaging. They take virtually no responablity and talk nosense about the outer box just being packaging. They are pretty much no use take your business elsewhere as i have done.

It was my first time buying from this website! And I do not regret it! I bought the map of the soul BTS photo book as it was not available in my country for delivery! Cokodive dispatched it as soon as the order was out! The packaging is in amazing condition! I’m really happy! I will be ordering albums and merch from there now

This isn’t my first time ordering from this company and I should have known better from the first time. They absolutely refuse to take ownership of the orders and customer experience and package their items insufficiently. I ordered the double version of the MOTS concept photo books and low and behold, the item is torn down the side. Now they’re trying to tell me that the box is basically for show - I would argue that the box is not merely to protect the items inside otherwise BigHit/Hybe would not market said products with different covers to for each album for example and the boxes would not feature within their promotional material. Considering the very high cost of this item I would expect it to be in near perfect condition but it seems that they can’t even stretch a bit of bubble wrap to protect the items. Poor service, poor customer service, poor business values - will not be shopping from here again I’d rather pay extra and go elsewhere.

So Rolling Stones USA didnt print anymore numbers of the BTS mag so Cokodive was pretty much amazing and offered me an option, which was to refund the money back or get a korean version of the same magazine. I picked the Korean Version and they ship it to me from korea to Mexico in no time and without delays.
the Mag arrived with any issues and they even add a BTS poster. thank you!!!

Although there was an issue with the distributor of the item i ordered. Cokodive handled it very quickly and offered a couole of solutions. My new order arrived quickly and refund and communications were swift

I love shopping on cokodive. The products always come in great condition, not to mention that delivery is always super fast. I'm from Portugal and the last order I placed took 5 days to arrive, coming directly from Korea. I only have one word to describe my experience, amazing.
