Oder went really smooth. I even bought something in preorder and it arrive alot earlier than i expected. I had to pay some extra to FedEx, but i allready tought that i have to do it. It was still cheaper than going to a store in person.
The items were perfectly secured inside the package and had no damage.
I will definitly order again :)

The product I ordered is five stars. But the shipping was worse, it arrived in great condition to the one week. They just wanted to fill out some documents for the order. So shop five stars but transport four stars just because of those documents.

I’ve been purchasing from cokodive for a few years now and have always had a great experiences. The only thing I could potentially be an issue is their shipping times - a preorder item was shipped weeks after its release for example.

Worst international shopping experience of my life. No support, they almost asked me to go pick up my order. Incompetent

used to purchase here very frequently in 2021-2022 until i slowly fell out with kpop, was very happy with every order i got from here, all though they have now made shipping way more expensive to support their albums being sold cheap (it used to be about €8.50, and is now about €26..)

Placed a preorder that was supposed to be shipped out today, and suddenly my ship out date changed to the end of the month. Absolutely unacceptable. If you can't order enough stock to supply all orders, maybe don't take so many orders next time.

Edited: I did have a mishap of not receiving inclusions with the photobook i ordered, however they made up for it by sending me other photocards. Their customer aftercare is remarkable, special thanks to Eunjie.

I've ordered 3 articles with horrendous shipping costs.
One or two days after my order, they emailed me that one item was out of stock. Considering that the high shipping costs (over 30€) for two small items are unjustified, I asked them to cancel my order. Customer support was quick to cancel it, they do, however, charge me 4,80€ for "currency fluctuations". They haven't even shipped my order nor did they have anything to charge me money for. Ridiculous!

Order number is 1959013 but I bet that you just pretend to care and still keep the money for you. Scammers!

Thank you so much! This was my first time trying cokodive so I was a little concerned but everything went fine! loved the albums they came in a perfect condition and also great costumer service, will definitely buy again and next time I’ll try to get my bias ❤️❤️

Terrible customer service and would highly NOT recommend especially for pre-orders.

I pre-ordered albums which, upon arrival, were not including the pre-order bonus items. I flagged this to Cokodive as soon as I got them (Nov 27th). In one email they told me "it may or may not be included in your order even if you are one of the first to pre-order the item." In a second email, I was told: "The availability of the preorder benefit is highly contingent on stock limitations. Your order's timing significantly influences the likelihood of receiving the preorder benefit, with earlier placements increasing the chances." Very contradictory! Plus, we all know that we pre-order albums in advance to receive the first press and bonus items, so the fact they refuse to guarantee these is shocking and very shady. Also, their incredibly unhelpful replies with the missing items made it all much worse.

They have refused to send out any of the missing items or even offer a partial refund. I am currently disputing this on PayPal and had to escalate the case as they are still refusing to co-operate with anything.

I would also like to point out that it took them 2 weeks from the album release date to send out this order. It wasn't until I flagged the delay that my order then coincidentally shipped.

I've been scammed from this website, at the end of my order they sent me "a special offer" with a bundle of a random photocard of my favorite k-idols and a package of photocard sleeves. Of course the item of value is the photocard, the sleeves are cheap and we don't need that. They didn't send me the photocard with my package, only the sleeves were included, then I contacted the customer service to let them know about the missing item and they replied ridiculously and didn't care about solving the mistake they've done. This is a scam, I hope they do that a lot with this "special offer" to all the customers.

I’ve ordered lots from Cokodive, BLACKPINK light stick, vs album, jhopes album and now waiting on stray kids light stick v2 and have preordered jungkooks album. Cokodive are also very fast at replying to emails and have a fantastic social media presence managed by Jack. I have watched live videos as well that Jack does, I love this company so much and would highly recommend!

I am rating a one star. because I cant even buy anything. because there is no shipping option your forced to pay for one day shipping which is $41.00 there is no way to change shipping. and the Item is only $8.00

I bought from cokodive for the first time and everything was GREAT. I usually buy seventeen merch on Weverse and I would DREAD about the shipping cost. Hold on- I know the shipping is also expensive or about the same on cokodive, BUT they ship sooooo much faster and it’s a few bucks cheaper. Now, I’ll pay for this shipping cost if it comes this fast (came in a week!). Weverse be taking months! So yeah, I have no complaints.

Always get the album I want and with points I earn I can get money off too. The customer service is good aswell if you ever have a problem they help packages always come packed well so no damage happens to the product

I've ordered from Cokodive twice, first in the summer of 2021 (SKZ Noeasy), and more recently (17 and SKZ) and I haven't had problems with either. Since the first was a pre-order it took a while before dispatch, but the most recent purchase was dispatched a business day later, and delivered within a week! Fast free shipping, with no customs charges or extra tax/VAT, Packing was sufficient, and Tracking has been straightforward with frequent updates, including if my package is taking longer than expected.

Overall 10/10 and would recommend

I order from cokodive a lot and the albums come with no issue, no damage and perfect 🥰 I recently messaged and emailed them about wanting to cancel an order and they cancelled it in less than an hour, I've had no problems with cokodive so I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to buy kpop albums for cheap or reasonable price

Their products are legit and their shipping fast. Usually they add an extra photocard as a gift. But remember that you'll have to pay the customs fee and it's NOT included in the price on their website. Your local shipping company will send you an invoice a month later, which I had not expected. So be prepared especially if the stuff you ordered is not cheap.
