🚨 CoinW Tried to Roll Back My $1,000,000+ Profit — The Full Story From Start to Finish 🚨
Everything started honestly. I discovered this exchange thanks to the Grin token — it was trading there, but later got delisted. Through Grin I first got to know CoinW. I checked it out: the platform seemed decent, active, ranked well on CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko, and their own token CWT had a low market cap with potential. So I decided to invest.
I started buying CWT at around $0.12, added more at $0.13–$0.14 while it was still rising. Then came the big crash — and I bought aggressively all the way down to ~$0.03–$0.04 (DCA on a low-cap token I genuinely believed in). I  didn't buy at the absolute bottom after March 2025 — thought the token was dead, quiet for months.
Held long, waited through the pump — total growth from my lows was 30x+. Started fixing profits.
Withdrew ~$20,000 without KYC at first — everything was fine.
Then full freeze → they forced a $5 ETH "fee" → complete KYC + source docs (property sale, car sale, 10+ years in beekeeping — real business, can provide photos/videos if needed).
After verification — allowed another $10,000 withdrawal (total ~$30,000).
They even messaged "withdraw faster" after the funds arrived — I was shocked.
Immediately placed 4 withdrawal requests of $70,000 each.
Right after that — total block of both withdrawals and trading exactly at the absolute peaks.
Because they blocked trading during the highest prices, I missed hundreds of thousands — possibly $500,000+ more profit. They only unlocked trading after a massive price crash. I was already disappointed in the token and sold everything at a low price.
6+ months of complete silence, endless delays, brainwashing games. Half a year they tortured me with no real answers.
Now suddenly they accuse me of "abnormal trading" and want to rollback ~$970,272 USDT profit at $0.058/CWT.
Their accusations are pure lies:
"Arbitrage / insider trading" — impossible. CWT trades ONLY on CoinW. It cannot be withdrawn to any wallet, no other exchange supports it or lists it. Arbitrage physically doesn't exist when the token only lives on their platform.
"Unclear source" — lie. All documents were provided multiple times — they accepted everything earlier.
They see everything on their own exchange: who buys, who sells, their own news pumps, everything happening on their platform. On my view, I was selling big volumes at the peak — apparently I interfered with something. It seems like they blocked trading while something was happening on their side with the news. Then unlocked trading only after the crash when it was already too late. It feels like a dirty game from the very beginning to the end.
This is not just blocking — this is an attempt to take away what I earned honestly. So much effort, so many nerves, and in the end they want to simply take it all.
That's why I'm now telling everyone: to warn others so no one else gets deceived the same way. If CoinW did the same to you — write in comments. Let's share the truth and expose this together.

The company is extremely dishonest, account got blocked out of nowhere and are required to pay back the profit I had made legitimately

After registering and trading on this exchange, I was prohibited from withdrawing funds; the same day they were checked from my mobile app; but I was told to wait 7 days; after 7 days, I clarified what had happened with my check, and when I could withdraw my funds, To which they replied that nothing is with them and they are waiting for all the videos and photos with me to be sent by mail again.
I sent them everything again, expected 7 days, they just say wait and everyone doesn’t withdraw my funds for more than 15 days now

I have ordered my coin world magazine back in September of 2025 and have never received it. I’ve called and they say it was mail out. I guess it must be coming mule express.

My experience with this platform was terrible. I was supposed to receive my funds on December 12th to pay for an educational course starting on December 13th. Instead, they delayed the payment for fixed saving due to a "technical error" and took no responsibility for it. As a result, I missed the course and lost my money. After depositing and trading on CoinW, I attempted to withdraw my assets—only to be told I needed to pay a “verification fee” from an external wallet. This demand came from a site impersonating CoinW: coinwpo.com.

🔍 I confronted CoinW support directly. Their response?

• They confirmed coinwpo.com is NOT their website.
• They acknowledged that CoinW does NOT charge verification fees for withdrawals.
• Yet they offered no help, saying they’re “not familiar with other websites.”

It is scamming with me.
It steal my money and after contracting live chat.They say same thing for last 2 months.

I deposited twice into my wallet and traded 6 times. Last week , when I tried logging in. The message said 'Account Disabled '. At the same time their helpdesk chat on Telegram also disappeared . When I contacted their help desk finally , they told me there was no record of my email id or UID.

based on my experience, my money suddenly vanished on August 1st. I had about $320,520 in my account, but it dropped to $145,255 after I called and texted customer service numerous times without getting a response. This occurs as a result of their deception, in which they steal all of your money and prevent you from accessing your assets. No one was willing to assist me in getting my money back when I attempted to call support, and they kept making the same excuses. When I realised after a week that I would never receive my money back from them, I spoke with my brother, who put me in touch with an agency that allowed me to withdraw all of my stolen and seized assets. I was cautioned to never use this platform again because they are scammers that allow you to invest significant sums of money before freezing your account and making it impossible for you to withdraw. If you are in a similar scenario and are trying to find a means to get your money back, take a look at subject and send me a message so I can assist you. Save yourself immediately and avoid these companies.

Stay away at all cost. Between a bad interface useless coupons and Vera bad customer service it’s one of the worst exchange app out there. Even to close your account they make a huge thing. Contacted customer service sent video and everything and they still refuse to close my account. Scam !!
