initial deposit account access blocked
After taking 3 days to get my account verified I made my initial deposit on 20-10-23 and it is now 27-10-23 and my account still has access blocked and l cannot access my money, l have emailed support and called on the 1300 number which answered and said l am inline to be answered, after holding on for 22 minutes a voice said there is no one to answer my call and to leave my phone number and email and they will get back to me l have now waited 2 days still no reply
Clarence from Cointree just called me and has fixed my account so l can now use it, not sure why it was frozen fo so long thanks Clarence

Advertise 24/7 customer support which is not the case. Support slow to answer only avail 9/5 Mon/Fri, no phone support
Really annoyed with Cointree at the moment.
Cointree use to provide a credible honest service with support when things went wrong.
Cointree advertise Australian customer support is available 24/7 which is not the case.
Recently made a deposit of AUD to Cointree, purchased BTC and attempted to send the BTC to my private wallet to learn Cointree has restricted my account for 7 days. The note mentioned I could contact support to have this removed which is another false and misleading statement as support take 2 days to answer each response/ they don’t work weekends/ only avail 9-5 and no phone support. By the time support has even begun to resolve the issue the apparent restriction will have been removed as 7 days would have passed.
Simply put it’s unlawful to prevent me from controlling an asset I own. Sure you should provide account security but security isn’t limited to freezing accounts it actually requires service.

This is a joke
This is a joke, it has been 5 days since I first deposiread another lot of money. The first one went through fine... this time of 2 deposit, a total of 260 dollars, have not received a cent in my acc and was done via pay id, no one will help iv been responded to once within that 5 days, no 1 can even freak and help me with where my transaction is and what the problem is. As Common wealth bank does not support transfer to cointree i had to use wise account to transfer money which is taking me days. On the too when i initiated withdrawal the money has not reached my wise account even after a week
