Avoid at all costs
Will happily let you deposit fiat, exchange it to crypto and charge you fees for such. But as soon as you want to withdraw crypto or fiat suddenly there are "errors" and your ask to "contact support" who take over a week to reply.
On one occasion I was told it was the Litecoin network that wouldnt allow the withdraw, which is ludicrous to anyone who knows anything about blockchain technology

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE, My wife opened an account and deposited $5000 when she tried to transfer funds the account was blocked, have been trying to speak to someone for a week finally made an appointment to talk to someone the appointment wasn't honoured when she enquired and was told they were to busy she made another appointment they contacted her over an hour late she rang straight back. To day rang and left a message early morning it is now late afternoon she went to chat and was told they are too busy

No customer service. 20 minutes plus wait time, to be told no one is available to speak with you.
Change their banking details and don't let customers know. Reply to emails with 2 different unhelpful options. Go elsewhere.

I have had only trouble with cointree
I have had only trouble with cointree, my 49k got lost in the void now they try to find it again while I'm losing money every day they are on the search for my money. They claim to have 24/7 service but their team is, too small to cover that service so you are waiting in line for 20min knowing nobody is going to answer anyway and then you ask for a call back. Which happens maybe or maybe not. Weekends are excluded of 24/7 service. They promise you to get back to you but they don't. You are just waiting like a fool not being able to do anything else but believing them. And I'm talking here about 49998.21AUD. Waiting for my money to reappear now for 3 days. And they don't have the decency to contact me to tell me where they are at in their investigation. Only after bothering them to death again and again they called me to discuss the matter and still with no knowledge of the whereabouts of my money......

I did a transaction to a personal wallet it wasnt processed for 2 days when cointree contacted me they said because 2 transactions were done in quick succession they cited it was a security measure. Well it would have been good to let me know straight away.

I find cointree the best system to use so easy and has all you need to trade in coins
Dunce thus review Cointree support has denied me there service with out reason or explanation so even though there system is good there support is the worst in the world and I would not recommend you water your time using this system as they are trying to control your activity with out excuse or reason
Just heard that there seam to think that I contraviwned there conditions and stated that there mow willing to explain after the system has been locked out what a poor quality support system they should have been able to talk and explain before months had past and im no longer interested great job trying to look fair
